Grand Rapids Plumbing Fixture Installation

I had purchased new faucet fixtures and they did the installation for me. Everything was done on time, did a great job of answering my questions. They had everything cleaned up and did not leave a mess. The service guy was very friendly and got the work done quickly and for the agreed upon price. I would d efinitely use them again.

Inspect hot water heater and look at all plumbing fixtures and runs in the house. Proposed and priced services needed to correct faults found. Excellent knowledge and service. Polite and attentive.

They did an excellent job. We had problems with the grout for the tile, it was a manufacturing problem, a bad batch of grout was supplied. They worked to resolve the problem, which took about 6 weeks. We were very impressed with Complete Flooring because the bathroom was finished and they never once asked about additional payments. We plan to use them for our remodeling job in Traverse City at our cottage. They were excellent to work with, very professional and the contractors were equally professional.

Jonathan did me real solids today. Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. We had hot water seeping out with our water main shut off on a fixture exchange, and he pointed out we can drain the hot water heater partially to stop this. The last plumber didn't eve care to share this, or even do it. I will not go ANY OTHER PLACE than Service Professor for my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs. PERIOD. No one else compares!

Patrick installed the three pieces of equipment and removed the old water softner and well tank. The electric water heater was a new installation. All were installed and work was completed in one day. Work was done correctly and cleanup was great. Work was done in a cramped area.

Very well, they were very professional. They even came back to install a shut off valve that I wanted, but didn't need, at no cost to me. I would hire them again.

Excellent experience. Our garbage disposal broke Monday and we were able to get it replaced Thursday. I received a very quick call back after submitting a request for service and was thrilled the work was able to be completed the same week. It was also nice to be able to text pictures of our current garbage disposal so they are able to get the correct item to install. Great communication and would absolutely hire again!
