We just used Cove Pools to put in our true L in ground pool this past month and can't say enough about the service and support that we received during the entire process. Let me start by saying this, "I interviewed roughly five different pool companies from the area and knew what I wanted in a pool company from the roughly two years of research I put into this before pulling the trigger, and Cove ...Pools met all of the criteria." From start to finish Chuck was there by email, phone or in person to answer any questions I have and explain everything in detail as to why we were doing what we were doing and not just because he knows pools and has been doing this 20+ years. The tough part about in ground pools is no matter who you interview, they all recommend different filters, heaters/heat pumps, etc. so you really have to do your research online and through referrals and know what you want to start and Chuck really appreciated this about me. They really do save you substantial money all while offering you top-of-the-line equipment and service as long as you have the ability to pull one permit and know who your electrician and mechanical contractor is going to be if you need one. We didn't need one because we opted to have a heat pump installed vs. a gas heater for several reasons and we are still swimming in our pool in the middle of September after a good spell of colder weather. Pete Torres and his guys were a pleasure to use during the whole process when it came time to plan, excavate and install everything. Very polite and hard-working crew that made sure the job was done right!

I found Pools Plus. They were great! Mike came out to the house and measured, explained, estimated and sat down with me for the longest time telling me all about pools and maintenance. He made suggestions, gave me a time table for the work, and when everything was done they redid the pool with walkout steps at a very reasonable price. The workmen were wonderful, very nice. It was a pleasure to find Pools Plus, and I'll be going to them for all my pool needs as long as I have one

They ask you questions about what you want so that they understand what you are looking for and then they make recommendation, they are asking about how would you use your yard, and how much space do you have between and they think about all those things before you make purchase and they really knew work to make sure that you understand that cost of maintaining it so that you don't get yourself in a situation where may be you can't afford to have the pool. They are very responsible and expect their customers to be responsible in what they are doing. They are very very great to work with and just amazing people. They have the best price. I would be using them again for chemicals for sure

Excellent, except for follow-up on issues with the cover. The cover that was delivered Labor Day week is way too big for the tub. The correct cover was supposed to have been reordered, but it is now Thanksgiving and I still am stuck with the wrong cover. Besides being too big, it does not fit into the accompanying cover lift, which makes using the tub annoying and difficult. Once this situation has been fixed, I will have nothing but good things to say about Emerald Leisure Source and it's local staff...friendly, very good pricing, went out their way to install quickly so my visiting out-of-state kids could enjoy the tub, creative disposal of the old tub, etc

We found him locally. He has a couple of guys that he comes with. They do the pool maintenance and make sure the water is where it is supposed to be and do all the pool cleaning and stuff like that. It is usually two to three guys- they pump it and do all the maintenance.
