Recent Review: Jacobsen was extremely thorough on the front end of the project. It was planned and very well and designed in great detail. Dwight is very detail oriented and his experience helped guide us in ensuring that everything was well thought out. The project began and ended on schedule. All of the subcontractors were polite, personable, and professional. Dwight was engaged throughout the project and ensured that everything stayed on track. When a small issues arose (and small issues will always arise), the crew helped guide us to solutions in a timely and effective manner. Dwight is a true professional and just as importantly, he surrounds himself with true professionals. When we encountered an issue with our gas meter, they took charge and worked through it even though it was technically our issue and not their issue. It was a great example of how to properly assess a situation and then promptly and effectively work through it without burdening the customer. At the end of the day, we could not be more pleased with the end result. Our family room has received a much-needed upgrade, and it was done in a timely manner and with minimal interruption to our daily activities. As our family continues to grow, it is comforting to know that we can rely on Dwight and his crew to help us with any and all home alterations that may be required in the future. I would enthusiastically work with Jacobsen again, and would recommend that you do the same.

Recent Review: Matt inspected the fireplace chimney lining and found it to be clean. Noted two locations where mortar had broken away in the fireplace due to rain water. Repaired those, and installed two chimney caps (one for fireplace, one for furnace chimney). Very professional and efficient. Very reasonable price. Would use the services again.

Recent Review: These guys were great; professional, tidy, friendly. My chimneys didn't need to be cleaned after examination, but they were very helpful in teaching me all about them, both gas and wood. They fixed up my gas fireplace, gave me the thumbs up to use the wood fireplace and repaired the chimney cap (sealing, sanding and painting instead of replacing). Good to go.
