We are renovating an older house that had original refrigerator sized air conditioner and heating units in center of house. Melton took out old units, installed two HVAC units on roof, installed tankless water heater, and installed ducting for cooktop vent. They did a great job. However, it unfortunately rained during the installation and the roof was not completely protected, resulting in a significant leak that damaged a wall and carpeting. The first technician that came out checked everything out and could not determine the cause of the smell, but thought that new switches would correct the problem of the burner and could possibly cause the odor. He said it would take 3-5 business days to get the part. I had to call them to ask what the status was and when the part would be in. Got the second service call scheduled. A different technician came out and apparently could get all the burners to function. He also claimed the cooktop was a different model than the other technician said it was and that he'd need to figure out what model the unit was so he could order the proper parts. Almost two weeks goes by so I call them again. No parts have been ordered and now I'm told that since he could get water to boil on all the burners, we were done. Neither technician called an hour before they were going to arrive as was agreed on with their dispatcher. They could not even give an estimate of when during the day they would arrive

The stove had been broken for a year or more. Lots of wiring needed to be redone and several parts were required. They came three times to complete the job, no charge for the extra visits. Super employees, great attitudes. They win my appliance repair business.

He just came in today, so I can't tell you if it's great but I think it has been. We belong to a maintenance club that you call and then they call and set someone to come out. You pay yearly for it and if anything happens to your air conditioning, your heat, your stove, your refrigerator or anything. It's expensive but our house is older so we thought it would be smart. This is who they sent out, I didn't pick them the maintenance company sent them out. I don't know what the company really charges because I pay the maintenance company who pays them. We have a $65 deductible. If he stays 10 hours it's $65, if he stays 2 minutes it's $65 and if they have to buy me a new dishwasher it's $65. It's a different set up. We also pay about $400 a year so when anything goes wrong you have to remember to call the maintenance or your amount you pay is not worth it. The price was great because I think a plumber is about $120. I have no idea what SNL charges. The quality was great. I called on a Friday and he was here on a Monday. They were clean, neat and fast. They were also honest

After installing the oven, he checked out the cooktop as well. The cost was exactly the same as the quote. I appreciated the installer taking the time to explain the new features of the oven. I will call Massetti Brothers first for any future appliance repair or purchase
