Provider did a good job but refused to give me a receipt after telling me they would. I was not happy about the situation because I had asked about it in advance. Other then that they did a excellant job on the repair. I am not sure at this point if I will use them again or not. The repair was good so it is difficult decision

I had some small holes in my SPF roof that needed repair. After getting turned down by several local roofing companies because they “don’t work on flat roofs” or “the job was too small”.I called up Garcia’s Kingdom Roofing. I’m sure glad I did. I spoke with Junior the owner and he came out and gave me a quote. He was on time and explained all about the repairs. A few days later he came by and completed the repair. Repairs look great and I would definitely hire Junior again for any other repairs

The were here when they said they would be and provided me a written estimate via email that same day. A week later they where here to make the repairs. The work was guaranteed for one year. Unfortunately the roof still leaked when it rained. It is a flat roof and so I wasn't to surprised. I called and the returned a couple of days later the came, inspected the roof and did some additional repairs. When it rained, it leaked, I called, they came. This time they pulled up the flushing found a wet area and thought that was where the problem was. They took a picture to show me. The replaced the flushing and whatever they needed to do. Believe it or not the next time it rained the roof leaked in the same area. I called and they came. Keep in mind this is a flat roof that had been a patio and then made into an family room. They looked for the area that may be causing the leak. Alas they found a tiny hole that looked like a nail hole. Try took a picture to show me. They came the next day to do whatever it is they do and fixed the problem. The next time it rained no more leak. The point to this long tail is they stood behind their work and where tenacious in fixing the problem. If I ever need any work on my roof I will certainly call them and hope they take the job....

For this re-roofing, one unresolved issue pertains to some cracks in one of the carport rafters. Even though a significant number of rafters were replaced due to dry rot, I don't fully understand how this one existing rafter was not replaced. In addition, final judgment of the job as a whole will depend on how well the new roof performs during the storm season. By being excessively flat, my fear is that the rain will create massive puddles on the roof that will seep into the house through the ceiling. On a positive note, the work was done expeditiously throughout a one-week period in late July. What made it difficult was the constant pounding of hammers, drills, and footsteps, creating the sensation of being in a bunker during heavy bombing. Even though massive sawdust leaked through the ceiling rafters (via cracks between the rafters and some knot holes), I understand that this was necessitated by the dry rot removal. I will commend Apex for being up to the challenge of replacing a roof consisting of asphalt and tar with one consisting of ply and dens deck. Whether it is resistant to water remains to be seen. For this reason, I would like to submit a follow-up when the storm season is well underway

I received an almost immediate response, and scheduled a time to come out to look at my roof. I received an estimate within a day, and scheduled the work for the following Monday. A day later I received a call telling me they could do the work that Friday, so I moved the appointment up. The roofer arrived a bit early and went right to work, and got the job done the same day. He found many more cracked tiles and had to buy additional sealant, but the quoted price did not change. Their bid was quite a bit lower than the other bid I received. I appreciate the prompt service and willingness to go above and beyond. The real test will come when the rains start again, but based on the work and the service I received, I give them a strong recommendation. Don't be fooled by their name-Flat Roof Pros.
