Catron Contracting
Catron Contracting did all of the remodel work (with the exception of tiling and floor installation) for our home about 2 and 1/2 years ago (which was significantly more than $700). And the date I've listed here along with the amount of cost was for some minor jobs we had them do for us recently. In all my years of having to utilize companies for services, I have not EVER had such a pleasant experience as I did with Catron Contracting. The owner, Gary Catron, is truly one of the kindest, most fair and honest individuals I've ever had the pleasure to work with. While other contractors give you bids and then never call you back, or are unreliable in a myriad of ways, Catron Contracting bids fairly, and they show up when they say they will. They are efficient, friendly, they clean up after themselves, and they don't work the clock for extra time. I met Gary through his daughter Stephanie Catron who is a decorator in the Fresno area (who is also great by the way), and we are so glad we did. We have not ever felt more confident in the work of servicemen. His crew has been with him for many years, he is an electrician by trade, and his subcontractors are fabulous. It almost makes me sad that someone might read this and think this isn't a legitimate review, because no matter where we live in the future, I will wish we could have Gary and his crew come help us. They might cost a little more, but we've experienced such shoddy work from other contractors, or just SUCH poor customer service, that now even if they are a tiny bit more, we'd rather use them than risk not being satisfied. We know we can call Gary with any problem and he will address it and make sure we are satisfied. No guilt, no irritability, just wonderful customer service. Honesty and reliability are profoundly difficult qualities to find in contractors these days, but I can say without ANY hesitation or reservation that Gary and his staff will do right by you and those you care about. If you want reliable, honest, fair, and thorough service, this is the company for your house build, your remodel of any room, or your entire house. Thank you Gary. :

I contacted Matt on Weds night and he was there by Friday afternoon. He got there immediately found the issue and fixed it quickly. Even better he charged me the most reasonable cost to fix it, less than $100. Every other handyman prior has charged me $120 bare minimum for less work. Superior Insulation
Superior Insulation did a great job. They were very professional and on time. Not only did they spray in the insulation, they used some strip insulation around the opening to the attic, which means no more insulation in your hair when you go into the attic. I would recommend them highly.

John responded promptly. He came out to address the problem with our whole house fan. Through conversation via emails, he thought it might be one isdue. However, upon inspection he realized that was not the issue and told me how I'd be able to fix it myself (& save me money). I opted for him to do it then and there. He completed the job throughly and extremely professionally. We will definitely be calling John when we need a handyman again

MIKE'S HANDYMAN SVC
He did a fine job. He was professional, honest, knowledgable, competent and reliable. One afternoon, I came home from an out of town trip to hear my smoke alarms screaming...they are all connected and one sets off the whole string. It was impossible to be in the house. I called Mike and fortunately he was at the end of a job not far from my home. Within an hour he was at my house and disarmed the fire alarm which had a short caused by ants. I couldn't thank him enough. He went out of his way at the end of a busy day to come and help me. This is the kind of person you want working for you. I highly recommend.....Hire Him

Excellent service and prompt identification of problem. There is a 4 hour minimum charge for service and John was ready, willing and able to use any left-over time (after our primary problem was fixed) to do additional handyman jobs. As a result we were able to have him repair a bathroom faucet, correct a problem with the sand/silt filter on our main waterline, as well as trouble-shoot and fix some outdoor lightning problems. He is very knowledgable and provides a lot of information that will help us maintan our home. He is fast, courteous and conscientious about his work. We highly recommend him and will be using him for more work in the future

Volodymyr Mazhnyy , Owner. Volodymyr was punctual for both visits. Ordered new water dispenser unit. Came back out in a few days and Installed new unit in about 40 mins. He was very friendly and professional. Advised us to clean coils on bottom as they were extremely dusty. Appreciated his timeliness and friendliness. Junior was great to work with. After our daughter was born my wife and I accumulated a list of to-dos around the house that seemed to keep growing. We hired Junior and he has now come out a few times to help with various projects around the house. Junior is really great about communicating and has always shown up on time exactly when he said he was going to. He has been 100% reliable and did a great job helping us out with our list. I would definitely hire Junior again.
