Suddenly, they called back and came out to finish the job. They did, but obviously they were not happy about it. they chipped the enamel in the tub and left dirty tracks on my hallway carpet

the plumber was very pleasant, but he had never seen a tub stopper like mine. It seemed to be stuck in the drain--neither opened or closed. He said he would have to come back with a helper, and some days later, he did--5/31/17. He went under the house where he apparently found a situation that would be difficult to fix, so he poured a bottle of mineral oil down the drain, left me with a very dirty tub and promised to return on Friday, 6/2/17 He was never heard from again until I received a bill for running a cable through the drain to clear. It did not clear. I was stunned because he seemed pleasant and competent--indeed, he was recommended by friends

Keith came to my home to see what he could do about a slow drain. He fixed a leak by replacing a part, and then he said he would have to come back about the drain. I never heard from him again. He was recommended by a friend, and he has been back to my friend's house twice since he was here. She mentioned me to him, and he said something like "Oh yeah, I have to call him" Well it has been over a month, so I am not expecting that call

Fresno Plumbing came out that same day, Lucas said it would be $135, but he gave me 10% off, so it was only $121.50. He was quick and efficient, leaks fixed and he was on his way in about 40 minutes

HE DID VERY GOOD IN OUR BATHROOM. IT LOOKS VERY NICE. HE SAID HE'D BE OVER IN ABOUT AN HOUR AND WOULD HAVE IT DONE IN LESS THAN A DAY. HE WASN'T VERY EXPENSIVE AND KEPT TO HIS WORD. HE WAS DONE IN ABOUT NINE HOURS, INCLUDING HIS HOUR LUNCH BREAK.

The hot water did not seem to be getting as hot as usual so I called and made an appointment for the water heater to be drained, something I have done every few years. The tech came out and explained that many things could cause the water to not get very hot. He then checked to be sure the flame in the gas water heater was on, then partially filled the bathtub to check water temperature. Ultimately he recommended water heater replacement due to age (18 years) of unit. I stated that I had originally requested that the water heater be drained but I got the impression that he wasn't inclined to do so given his recommendation. At that point I was anxious to have him leave so I requested he give me his estimate in writing then I wrote a check for his service. Weeks later I received an invoice stating that I owed money for the service call. When I called the office to point out that the work order showed I had already paid with a check, I was told that the check had been misplaced. This was the first I had heard of this and no one had the courtesy to call me and request a new one. The company did agree to reduce the amount owed by the amount I would have to pay my bank to cancel the original check. I barely had time to cancel the check when I received a second invoice! Anyway, this company really didn't do any work for me, and the estimate they provided for water heater replacement turned out to be $200-$300 more than the other three FREE estimates that I received to replace the water heater with the same brand equipment

I chose this plumber because of good ratings on Angie's List. Great choice. Other providers have refused to work on this bathtub without me hiring someone to tear out the tub and make the fixtures more accessible. This would require a huge mess, expense and time frame to fix a simple leak. Leak was accessible, but truly difficult and uncomfortable to reach. This plumber was kind and patient and worked hours in a difficult position to fix the leak and help me avoid major construction charges. I am so grateful. Will definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs from now on

1 man came and started, 2nd man came and reeked of tobacco smoke. fixed pull on faucet in shower. got in the next morning to take a shower and I got blasted with cold water, he had reversed the lines - NOT HAPPY!. called in, he came back and fixed the lines. got in next day to take shower and he didn't put the silver disc back on the faucet. called in and told them to have him leave it on the porch. 3 times to get it completed. my tub hot water faucet was leaking, I have silver faucets, they installed brass colored stems that extend past my fixtures and look terrible. One is longer than the other. I have had this replaced before and never had this issue, why they installed the wrong size, I don't have a clue. Why they didn't at least tell me before they did it is another problem. On top of that, the man stood in my bathtub with his boots on and left black marks all over my tub. Didn't wear any shoe coverings or even wipe the mess up. My laundry tub was leaking and then sawed off the plumbing and installed new, etc. Then told me I needed a new washbasin. this one was concrete and wearing out . Why did they even try to fix it. the pipes were not leaking, there was no need to do what they did. They could have told me that it was the washtub and I would not have had them do anything to it. I still have to replace it and on top of that I had a repair done, that doesn't fix the problem. Then the younger man asked me to use my bathroom before he left. this is the 2nd time I have used them. Minor issue on the 1st visit, so tired them again.....................I will NEVER use them again

THEY HAD TO COME BACK TWICE. THEY DID NOT MEASURE RIGHT. THEY TRIED THE BEST THAT THEY COULD. THEY HAD TO DRILL DOWN INTO THE CONCRETE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE THE DOOR FIT.

For the last job we had them do for us, our disposal was having problems. We used someone else because we had company coming and they were booked and we needed the job done right away. Boy was I sorry!!! The other company charged us a fortune to fix it and kept coming out because the disposal was leaking and having other problems. I finally gave up and called AMPM. They came out and resolved the issue immediately for just the cost of a service call. This was definitely a lesson to me . . . I should have waited for AMPM to fix the disposal
