After they have installed it tested it they left. When we tried the fan we noticed that one of the fan blade was loose and the fan was wobbly so we stopped the fan we took out the blade and went back to the place we bought it and replaced it. My husband had to make some adjustments before we used it with peace of mind. They work in a hurry do not mind the quality of their work. What if that blade came off and somebody got hurt? I should have paid attention and tested it myself before I let them go. I paid them my co pay insurance but we are not satisfied with their work. We will not call them again. I rated punctuality as D because it took me too many phone calls to schedule and to make sure they make it in my appointment with them

John installed 3 ceiling fans in my house. Two in bedrooms, and one in the living room. The bedroom fan brackets needed to be reinforced in the the attic, and the living room didn't even have a light fixture, so he had to cut a hole in the ceiling, and it looks perfect. They did an excellent job. Very professional and took the the time to explain everything they were going to do. Extremely satisfied with the job that was done. John even charged me LESS than he quoted to do the installations. I would definitely use him again, and I strongly recommend Household Electric

I could not have been more pleased. It was a several hour job but all three guys were extremely professional, friendly and careful with my belongings. They made sure tarps were down to protect carpets & hardwood floors, very cautious when working near my TV. Cleaned up every speck of dust when they were done! I had some other questions about some future possibilities (new lighting & exhaust fan where none currently exist) and they have me several suggestions/options with the different cost effects. These guys are awesome! I will definitely be using them for any electrical work I need done! Highly recommend!
