Their work was absolutely amazing!!! My cabinets are beautiful and my pull-outs are the envy of my friends! When one of the doors warped after installation, they replaced it at their cost with no hassle. Carl (my awesome project manager), Dave (his right-hand man and my dog's new best friend), Brent (the master plumber and company president), Mike (the project designer and go-to guy when I wanted to change something--which he NEVER hassled me about!), and all the rest of their amazing crew were a dream to work with. I'd been warned about how difficult and stressful it can be to do a major home remodel, but I was nothing but pleased about their work ethic, quality and their staff. My house was always left in neat condition each day when they left and they always arrived each morning (on time) with a smile and a plan for the day. When I had to leave town for several days midway through the remodel, I knew it would be in good hands. If there were questions, they called and asked. My lovely project manager sent me photos of the work each day to let me know how it was evolving in my absence. Although I admit I went over schedule (half way through the project we had an unexpected setback with the floor having to be replaced) and over budget (that unexpected floor replacement and those lovely pull-outs in almost every cabinet!) , I don't hold them responsible and am nothing but satisfied with the end result. I only wish I could attach before and after photos so you could see for yourself! I've already asked for quotes for other home projects on my wish list. When I want something done in my house in the future, they will be the first people I call. Their company is AMAZING

He was awesome. He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days. By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him. Hampton guy was great. He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up. The experience was very satisfactory. He was very courteous, and prompt. He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else. I appreciated that

He informed me that he had an office in Sacramento and had the office staff of the Sacramento branch contacted me immediately. The company was prompt in getting a consultant to meet with me and my husband. Sales Consultant Luie Gonzalez was very informative and knowledgeable in fiber cement products. He was careful to listen to our concerns and wants. He also suggested some wonderful designs that would make our house unique. Before hiring Greenlight Building Services Inc. we received a couple other bids from other companies. The bid we received from Greenlight Building Services Inc. was very competitive in their prices. We liked that Greenlight Building Services Inc. wasn't pushy or trying to sell us things we didn't need. The thing that set Greenlight Building Services Inc. apart from the other companies was that they are family owned and operated. We liked that about the company. In the end we choose James Hardie Lap Siding. The installation process went smooth. The installers were also great to work with, they were courteous and professional at all times. We appreciated the detail and time they took with our home. They always showed up on time and cleaned up after the workday. We were pleasantly surprised that Luie would stop by occasionally to check on the process and made sure we were happy. The whole project was completed in the time frame that was discussed at the beginning. Greenlight Building Services Inc. exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the whole process. Our home looks fabulous. We are receiving so many complements. We will definitely use this company for future projects

I had already received a few quotes for the work, and contacted my neighbor to share in some of the fencing costs. The realtor/ neighbor suggested Mike Granat, as she works with him often in her career. Mike came to the house for an estimate and was great. He explained in detail the fencing process, including the post replacement, differences between cedar and redwood, and even the type of screws, rather than nails, to replace the fence. Mike was also very helpful in reference to the exterior paint color and trim. After completing the paint job, Mike handed me a roll of tape and a marker and suggested I go around the house and mark any places that were missed, in which he later touched up. Overall, Mike's whole crew was very professional. He was very prideful of his work and it showed with detailed, quality work. I would recommend Mike to take care of all your general contracting needs, as well as major projects throughout your home

Job went very well. They started by removing the old siding and installing the new one as they went along. Before starting the job, they placed drop cloths in the area they were working on. They then installed scaffolding And proceeded to remove the old siding and installed the new one. In a couple of areas, I asked for new wall insulation, which they put in for me. They also found some rotted wood framing along the bottom on two sides. They made the repairs for us. When the job was completed, all the debris was removed. They even erased the holes made by the scaffolding. The crew was very courteous and professional. The contractor came back the following day and made a walk through with me. A crew member addressed some minor details that I asked for. I highly recommend this company
