I have been using Trademark Pest Control since August of 2019. Solomon comes once a month for pest control. I had a mouse and rat problem. Mice actually destroyed my dishwasher. The owner came out the first time and I think he wanted to check out everything himself so I was impressed by that 'cause he's very informative as occasional and he did a very thorough job as spraying the entire inside and outside of my house and he solved the problem. It was my first time to hire a pest control company so I don't really know how was their price compared to other company so I guess it's fair. I'm definitely using them for the next year

LIBERTY PEST CONTROL comes out as scheduled to spray the exterior of the house and sweep down cob webs. I have been using them for the past 7-8 years. They are always pleasant, responsive and not intrusive when they are here. They are very courteous and will call ahead if running late. The pricing is very reasonable. I signed up online for a termite inspection & saved $25 instantly. Chuck came out & did the inspection on my home while we were in escrow. He immediately got to work & did a thorough inspection in-side, outside, & underneath my home. He found some major problems while inspecting for termites. He explained in detail about the termites that he found around the home & the damages that they caused. There were some major leaks he also came across while crawling under the home & he noticed some subfloor and retaining wall damage. It took about 24 hours to review the complete report, estimated costs to fix, & detailed summary of his findings. Because we were in Escrow we had the seller fix all these problems. Unfortunately, they did not use this company to repair all the damages but they did follow his detailed list to the T. They ended up fixing all of the findings in his report. About $4,000 in repairs. Better Pest Control has been very pleasant to work with while going through this process. We have hired them to come out & do general monthly pest control. The ladies in the office are nice & the inspector went above and beyond answering my questions and concerns even after he came out. If you need a termite inspection this is by far the best place to go. This guy really knows his stuff & has the greatest customer service in the Valley! Better Best Control Guarantees their work. Trust is everything. If we ever have a termite problem again it will be a no brainer. These are our guys. I've done a lot of research on inspectors & I'm happy to say that I ended up picking some of the best

The rep. showed up on time, was friendly and explained what he was going to do. He did tell us that we should start seeing dead bugs inside and out. We did! It has been two weeks since he sprayed and we are still seeing dead bugs. We did have to sign up for a one year contract. The initial spray was $40.00. Then they set you up to come out and spray again one month later. Then they come out every two months to spray and the charge is $72.00 every other month. We had tried using Home Defence for some time. It killed a lot of the roaches, but there were too many for us to keep up with. That's why we called a professional

Pretty good. The service man was excellent did a great job. The telephone company they rely on was not great. Would not give me the local number and told me he had answered my question. Only reconmendation is get a business card from your service man and call him directly. Especially if yoh have animals you want to tell him about
