Found Brennan on Angie's List and contacted them for replacement of some (but not all) of our home's aluminum frame windows. Sean Behl came to do the initial measurement and estimate at the end of June, proposed a glass replacement using our existing frames as an alternative to full window replacement, and said it would take approximately three weeks from order to installation. The quoted price was about half of what we thought we would have to pay after talking to replacement window contractors at the Dallas Home show earlier this year. We confirmed the order (including screens) when the estimate arrived. During the order period we discovered we would need several additional panes replaced and these were added to our order. Installation was done on 7/26. At the time of installation, one pane was found to be the wrong size. The glazier, Jose, was able to procure a replacement pane and install it the same day. No payment was required until the installation was complete. We placed a subsequent order for additinal panes several days later, these were installed on 8/15. Brennan was competent, prompt and thorough. All personnel we dealt with were courteous and professional, including the onsite installation crew. They cleaned the window channels as they replaced the panes and cleaned the newly installed glass inside and out

It went very well from the initial contact to the final installation. The bid was competitive for quality vinyl windows. The windows were ready for installation a few days earlier than originally estimated. Installers were punctual and professional and cleaned up afterwards. The installers determined that two of the windows were incorrect size and would not fit. These had to be remade and installed two weeks later. Payment was requested only after all the windows had been installed

My windows were installed and although the installation team had to come back 3 times on two different to complete everything I am very happy with the windows, they look fantastic. The only reason I am not giving a 5-star rating is because the installation team broke the bed in my master bedroom when they moved it away from the window. Other than having to repair the bed, the overall experience with Brennan was great and I would recommend them to friends and family

The entire experience with Jon Wright was very pleasant. They came out quickly to give a trust worthy, honest and competitive quote for the work. He recommended replacing and treating the wood around the windows to prevent the same thing happening in the future. He was prepared then to show me samples of what the glass, window seal and window frame would look like upon completion. I solicited several quotes and Jon Wright came in competitively and I felt the most comfortable going with them. The install was moved around quite a bit because of my schedule and they remained very agile and made each reschedule work. On the day of install, they worked quickly with much attention to detail. It looked great and I was overly satisfied with the quality of work. I would highly recommend Jon Wright to anyone looking to replace or install windows

As Legends Roofing's V.P. of Sales and Service, he made certain that I always knew exactly what was going to happen and when it would happen. The roofers replaced my roof in a single day and cleaned up the work site so that you never even knew they were there. The garage door installers did a great job as well as the gutter replacement team. All told, I could not have asked for a better experience. Jesse was awesome. I can never say or show how much I appreciated his professionalism and care for the tiny details he performed. Jesse actually picked up the door from the warehouse and painted it for us before installing it. These little details were above and beyond what we expected. He also installed 3 turbines on the roof for us, which was a blessing. The window installation was relatively painless and Jesse made sure the crew put everything back in place when they were done with the installation. They also cleaned up after themselves. We still needed to do sweeping and dusting, as it is impossible to get all the dust off of the surrounding surfaces, but that is to be expected and not a negative. The job took 2 days, which is amazing for the work he did. I also want to say that Jesse was here the whole time. His crew did a great job, but Jesse overseas everything and is in the middle of it all as well as working. That impressed me that he did not just stand around watching or farming it out to his crew. After an intense hail storm, our home-insurance agent suggested that we call a roofer to inspect possible roof damage. Swan had done our roofing previously, and they were on the insurer's preferred list, so we called them for the inspection. The inspector/service-coordinator, Josh, estimated that we needed the work specified above: roof replacement, selected gutters replaced, patio cover repaired, storm windows replaced, fence power washed and stained. The insurance adjuster concurred in that opinion, and we hired Swan to do all the work. Josh was on-site regularly, coordinating and supervising the entire job. He got the City of Plano work permits, inspected the work as it progressed, and checked the clean-up. When the job was completed; he walked me through a final inspection and then arranged for the City of Plano inspection--which we passed without question. Swan reps were always available for phone conversations: no phone menus, no delays. Josh was on call whenever we needed him. The various workmen explained to us what they were about to do, asked for our choices when appropriate (color of gutters, for example), and completed their work as scheduled, with no unexpected delays or interruptions. Some of the work was potentially messy, but the workers were careful as they worked, and they cleaned up immaculately when they completed the job. I'd like to find a flaw in Swan's work so that this rave review would not seem starry-eyed or biased. But Swan's performance, from our first phone contact to the day that we paid the bill, was simply outstanding. I have no hesitation in giving Swan and Josh, personally, the highest and warmest recommendation

They were a bit late on the first day due to an accident and traffic. The guys that did the repairs were polite and very considerate. They did a great job and were very focused on detail. The job took an extra day but that was just a misunderstanding of the quoted work and they worked on Christmas Eve to finish the exterior painting. Great job! I will be calling them again soon

Everything about the company was excellent. Appointment was made, and the representative arrived on time fully prepared what services he could provide. The representative fully explained what my options were for new windows and what the process would be for installation. After agreeing to what I wanted, a contract was signed. And, the window installer then visited and again explained the process along with checking out anything that would be out of the ordinary. Windows were in front of a flower bed, and he said that he would install the windows without stepping on the flowers. The representative kept us fully informed about the time when the windows would be installed, and they were installed a day ahead of schedule. The windows were installed by two excellent workers. They were meticulous in removing the old windows and installing the new ones. After installation, all debris was removed and flower beds were the same as when they arrived. It was wonderful working with a company that did such good work. I definitely recommend them and would use them again for any window project

I got a quote to replace 6 windows. They agreed to the price I arrived based on a competitors quote. The installer took a final measure of all windows before ordering the windows. On the day of the installation, the installer replaced all the windows within about 3 to 4 hours. The installation was very professional and clean. I realized a piece of wood under the window was rotten and needed replacement. When I called Mark, he agreed to replace that piece of rotten wood. Overall they did a good job.
