I contacted several companies to examine the termite problem in our home. For Safe Pro, Rick came to do the estimate and provided a detailed treatment plan. He also thoroughly addressed my questions and concerns. Safe Pro's bid was competitive, and Rick was very pleasant to work with so I decided to go with Safe Pro. A week later, Tyler and Kyle were the technicians who conduct the treatment of the interior and exterior of the home. They explained their process and drilled the necessary holes through the concrete foundation to treat the interior of the house. They also injected foam treatment in the plumbing line areas. Afterwards, they cleaned up the treatment areas and patched the holes they drilled. For the exterior they trenched around the house and applied the termite treatment. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and I am greatly impressed by the entire Safe Pro team

The treatment had to be delayed due to rain and they gave us a very prompt reschedule date. The representative was friendly and patient in answering all questions. Their price seemed to be in the ballpark with others we contemplated. We were unfamiliar with the way termite treatment guarantees work since we've never needed this service before. We did not realize that to keep a guarantee active it is necessary to pay an annual fee and schedule a service call annually. Of course, that is well worth it to protect our home

On Thursday evening, the 26th, we noticed what looked like a termite or flying ant crawling up the wall in our living room. We then saw quite a few more in our laundry room. We knew both swarm this time of the year and were hoping they were ants, as they thought of termites was quite daunting. I called and left Safe Pro Pest a message on their machine, as it was after hours. The next morning, they called me at 8:10. I was immediately impressed with their quick response. Though Alex (the owner) didn't think he could get out to my house that day (Friday, the 27th), he asked me to email him pictures of the bugs to determine if they were ants or termites. He called me within 15 minutes of sending the pics. Unfortunately, they were termites. Not at all what we wanted to hear. At that point, Alex said he would try and get out to our house that afternoon -- which he did! After his inspection/evaluation, he took time to sit down with me and explain my options and his estimate. I sincerely appreciated his patience. I felt he had my home's best interest in mind at all times. After our mild winter, I knew they would be incredibly busy; however, I never felt rushed or pressured or panicked. And the best part of all? Alex and his service manager, Nick, graciously worked us in so my home could be treated that afternoon! The peace of mind I have now after using Safe Pro Pest was worth every dollar spent. They were professional, polite, prompt and fast -- the actual treatment took no time at all! Spoke with Tammy in the office to set up the service. She had left a message for me and I called her back to set up a time for them to do the interior. I asked her about termites and she offered to have the service tech do a termite inspection for me at no cost. I did not have any evidence for termites, but wanted peace of mind. The service tech this service was Justin. Very friendly, professional and courteous. He asked me for any concerns and even offered for me to walk around the home with him while he did the termite inspection

The price for termite treatment was slightly less than other bids, and I appreciated that Roland did not try to upsell me. He warranties the treatment for 10 years without requiring an annual fee to maintain the warranty, unlike the other guys who wanted me to pay every year. He was easy to schedule and showed up as agreed. We also had sqirrels in the attic. He put in a device that let them out but not back in, then a week later came back and sealed up all possible entries. Price included a one year warranty in case they manage to get back in. I will call him again if we have other problems

Treated for termites, which included the installation of bait traps around the house and quarterly checking of the traps ($80 qtr) for evidence of termite activity. Will know how effective this coming spring when termites swarm. We hope we do not have any swarming around here.

Very prompt and responsive. First one came to do the inspection. He was on time and appeared professional. He inspected exterior of my house and didn't see any trail of termites. So he gave me a quote for termite treatment and a quote for termite+pest control. All Safe mainly uses Semtricon station, which according to my research, is as effective as Termindor but more environment friendly. The quote came up to be ~$750 for the first year, and $650/yr thereafter, which sounds pretty reasonable to us. After getting quotes from 3 more other companies, we decided to use All Safe. It was some other gentlemen came to do the service (pest control guy and termite guys are separate.) I say the service was fine and professional. They installed the Sentricon Stations and spray pest control pesticide around my house. They found active termites inside of my house, thus they decided to use termindor for spot treatment. Again overall, I think they are very professional and the pricing is pretty reasonable. I am glad to finally decide to find someone trusted to take care of our house before it is too late. I would definitely recommend All Safe to you

I recently purchased a home that had indications of termites in the front portion of the house. The sellers spot treated the area but I wanted to be sure the house was protected properly and the termites were gone. I called Chris Delaney the owner of ANTTS and explained my concerns. Chris spent a good deal of time on the phone educating me about termites and the services he offered. We scheduled an inspection and Chris arrived and inspected my house. He again spent time explaining what his services are and how the termite treatment is applied and that he warranties the treatment for 3 years. I found him to be very honest and up front about the the termite issue but I asked him to treat the entire house just to be on the safe side. We set up an appointment and his people showed up on time and were very polite and professional. I found his price to be very reasonable and he seems to be a very sincere individual who takes pride in his work and profession. He also answers his phone and doesn't try rushing you off. I would definitely recommend A.N.T.T.S to friends and family

On the first day an inspector from Orkin came to my home to inspect what I suspected was termite damage. He confirmed the termite infestation and gave me a complete explanation of the work involved and the cost beforehand. I scheduled the termite treatment for 2 days later. The second inspector also completely surveyed my property for termite damage before he started termite treatment. As he was completing his work later in the day, his manager came by the house and he too inspected the property and also the termite treatment. All three inspectors were very professional and I highly recommend this company.
