After they had performed the service, we started having issues with the Thermostat. I naturally thought it was related to the Service that they had done. When the Technician came out to look at the thermostat issues, he took the time to explain the details of the upgrade that they had done and how all of the controls with the Thermostat worked, and how the issues were not related. It took them several attempts to fix the root cause of the issue, which was actually fixed by replacing the thermostat. Every time that they came out to work on the thermostat, it was obvious that the technician had been well trained by the manufacture or had been in contact with them between calls. We also dealt with the same technician, and they were able to schedule around our busy schedule, and always showed up on time. Despite the thermostat issues, it was a very pleasant process of working through the issue and getting it resolved.
