Jerry came out to diagnose the issue and was clearly very knowledgable and glad to answer all of our questions. Today, Brett and his crew came out to do the actual work. They were courteous, professional, and got right down to business. They clearly know their stuff. They made sure I knew what was going on at all times and when they finished, did a great job of cleaning up the yard. (Digging in a yard as wet as ours is makes quite the mess!). I will definitely use Andy's again and happily recommend them to friends and family

I emailed Andy's Sprinker because I had a broken sprinker and a sump pump issue. The provider called me back the same day, and we scheduled an appointment. He arrived as promised and was very pleasant They replaced a broken pipe under that sprinkler, 2 other sprinkler heads, and adjusted the sump pump to get it working correctly. Since I was very pleased with the job, I requested an estimate to install a back-up battery-operated sump pump in the event of a power failure. He promised to email an estimate after the holidays. I called 2 or 3 weeks ago to remind him, and he said he was waiting to hear from his supplier. As of today, Jan 30, I have not received the promised estimate

They did a good job overall. The scheduling was good, they were very good with follow up, and they were pretty easy to deal with. Most of the people I have dealt with here have bent over backwards for me. The only thing that was problematic this time around was dealing with the son of the owner after the service was done. He did good initially. He came out and was very professional and gave me an estimate. After the work was done, I was not very satisfied with the way it was completed. I expect a certain level of completion on a job and they did not meet it. When I went down to the basement I noticed that they did not finish the job and they didn't clean up after themselves at all. There was extra wood on the floor and a hole in the wall. I wasn't too upset about it initially, but when I called the son I wasn't too thrilled with his response. He responded by telling me he already went above and beyond what he was supposed to do and that he was done with the work. If it wouldn't have been for this, I would have rated them all A's

I worked with Danny Richter, and he was awesome. I had a ton of questions, and he answered each and every question. By the time the work was started, I felt confident that this was the correct solution. A drain was installed almost from the front curb to the back alley with 10 catch basins, Two gutter down spouts were tied into the drain. All of this drains into a sump pump in the back yard. A separate pipe drains from the sump pump out into the street at the front of the house. The system has been tested thoroughly with all our rain, and it is perfect. I've put in sod where I previously had nothing but mud covered with mold and mildew, and it smelled horrible. It has now been several weeks, and the sod is healthy - I have grass instead of mud! The crew arrived promptly each day. Once the drain work was complete, they shaped the ground just enough that the water drains into each catch basin perfectly. The dirt was very carefully smoothed and packed down. When they started, they very carefully set aside any St. Augustine that was removed for the work, and then all that was put back when they were done. When the job was complete, what grass they were able to save looked great, and clean up was perfect. I highly recommend Andy's. Ask for Danny

Our sump pump for our house sewer went out New Year's Eve. Several plumbers would either not return our calls or said they were on their way but never showed up. Partridge arrived 8 am New Year's Day. The 90 pound pump had to be ordered- the local stores were all closed for the holiday. He emptied our sewer tank so we could at least flush toilets until the new pump arrived. Then he installed the pump when it came. He was great

Hugo and Christian showed up ahead of scheduled visit (with notification, of course). I explained the problem and showed them where the pump was located. They got to work and pretty readily identified the problem with the pump. Replaced it and tested the system to make sure it was functioning properly. At owner's request, they also popped some of the drain gates off, cleaned out the catch basins, and hosed the collected dirt out through the pipes. Covered pump housing to prevent debris from getting in. A job well done

Excellent, the technician took the time to teach me everything he was doing and the rationale. At first I didn’t understand how it want a shower head leak but he explained that the bad cartridge in the handle didn’t read that the handle was actually off. Once he replaced the cartridge, no more leak at the shower head! I learned a lot about what to look for and how to think about what was happening. I gave only four stars for price because as a homeowner it always seems that parts cost too much money! Superior workmanship

I called Jennings after my home warranty sent out a company that denied my repair under the home warranty. The woman on the phone helped me to get the information from the tank less hot water heater company and she did the rest. The company went out if their way to help me. They also quoted me 1/2 as much as the company my home warranty sent out. The plumber was very professional and reviewed what he was doing and even asked if I wanted to see what work he was doing. I would definitely call them again! So many plumbing companies do not want to touch a tank less unit, however this company actually send their techs to training on these units! They were the only company that gave me a quote without coming out! They could have jacked up the price since they had not seen my house or the unit, however they quoted me an honest price that included the tax! They deserve an A++++
