Ernesto Flores Handyman Services
Ernesto is a great craftsman who takes pride in his work and is a good man. Of all the time we have hired someone to make improvements to our house this was the first time the work has exceeded our expectations. Ernesto built us a beautiful bathroom. Ernesto is honest and communicates very well and tells you exactly what needs to be done and he will tell you things you don’t need to save you money. He is very methodical in his work and takes pride to make sure his product is top of the line. There were many times flaws were found in our bathroom that caused Ernesto additional work and he did it as part of the job. For example when he laid our tile floors he found that the floors were not even so to make sure we had a perfect floor he put in the extra work to correct the problem. Ernesto is very trust worthy, there were several days we were not home while Ernesto worked and he made sure our home was locked up before he left. One time Ernesto noticed our front door sticks and was difficult to open so he pulls out his tools and fixed the problem at no charge. I have finally found a craftsman who works hard, is honest, and does outstanding work at an affordable price. We will be using him again

The repairman was punctual, courteous, and professional. He completed all work as requested in a timely manner, I paid him, and he left. End of story or so I thought. Within a day the shower door began leaking again as and all of the toilets began to run again as well. They sent a manager to re-do the work which he claims his original repairman didn't do properly the first time. Within a week the shower door surround began to leak again as did the leaking faucet. I didn't bother calling them back as I will find the time to do it correctly myself at another time for free. Overall I would recommend them but be sure to check the quality of repairs for a week or so after completion

Chris Brucker Services
Chris installed a new and quot;swing typeand quot; shower door on my newly tiled shower. This required quite a bit of his time as the tile was difficult to drill into, even breaking a couple of his drill bits. He had to run to Home Depot to get new bits, but did not charge me for this time. The shower door looks great and we have had no problems with it. He also replaced an existing front porch light with a new lower hanging fixture. He completed this rather quickly and it also looks great. Lastly, he capped off an electrical outlet in the bathroom that was very poorly placed upon original installation and installed a new outlet in a much better location. He explained what the code was for the old/new outlet and I certainly appreciated his knowledge and insistence on doing the work the correct way. Since he charges by the hour, I was very happy with his skills and ability to work efficiently and feel my money was very well spent. As a bonus, and free of charge, he also offered invaluable advice to my husband who was installing a couple of ceiling fans while Chris was doing the other work. The tips he shared with him probably saved him at least an hour or two of added time and aggravation! I will absolutely call him in the future as the need arises
