About 10 months ago we had the opportunity to work with Jim Bauer with PuroClean. It is rare that I will write a review but based on my experiences I felt that this needed to be shared. Jim and his crew perform very through, effective, and efficient work. Additionally Jim and his employees are highly skilled at what they do and are willing to take the time to explain what they are doing, their plan, and expected results. I waited to right this because with water damage if the affected area is not properly treated it may take months to find. But, after 10 months there is no signs in any affected areas that reflect unresolved problems. Jim and his team went above and beyond and showed genuine concern for resolving the issue and could related to what we were going though. However, at the end of the service performed you want your house to be trouble free. Based on my experience Jim delivered on every level of customer satisfaction. THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME AND ASSESSED THE PROBLEM. HE THEN ADVISED US THAT HE COULD SAVE THE CARPET. Servpro initially did a good job and got to our house within a half hour after being called. We had major water damage from burst hot water heaters in attic. They removed the water quickly. The days after is where things went bad to worse and we were afraid of mold growing in our house if we didn't get all the damage fixed ASAP. They had various crews coming in and out each day with no one responsible for the work. Many times various workers were grumbling that someone else didn't do their job. We fired them after a week of not being responsive to our complaints and went with a different company. They damaged our tile while ripping up baseboards and offered some $ to fix but we had to replace entire floor since it was 17 yr old tile and couldn't just replace a few tiles in hallway

Chris arrived at the time that he said he would and got right to work on my water damaged ceiling in an upper bedroom. Chris repaired the damaged area and also went beyond what was asked of him by also repairing several nail pops in the wall and another seam in the wall that had seperated from the tape. Chris was very professional and curteous and did not waste time, Chris also removed his shoes without being asked while he was inside my house. Chris originally quoted me a price of $200-$300 dollars for the repair but when he actually saw the damage he requoted me a much lower price of under $200. I will definitely use Chris in the future and will highly recommend him to any and everybody

They do not, however, do the repair and restoration of damage. They contract this work out and are not able to control and coordinate all of the contractors involved in the large number of jobs that they typically are conducting on any given day. They cannot stand behind this phase of the work, because the work is not being done by Dry Force employees.
