Vivienne and Gary did our kitchen remodel 4 years. We were so happy with it that we hired them again for our 2 bathroom remodels that needed to be done in the downstairs and upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom. Vivienne always has great ideas on how to improve the existing space to make it a more functional area. I love it that she is great at helping us choose the tile, counter top and fixtures so that the bathrooms would look fabulous. When we encountered problems, they always were able to resolve them in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to use them again on future projects

The process was a seamless as can be expected with 105 year old home. Michael and his team have experience with older homes and have worked in my neighborhood prior to my house. Given the condition of the master bathroom and how it currently looks, I’d say they are miracle workers. Sergio and Joaquin were prompt, professional, and really good at their craft. I’ve got 3 daughters and all of them love their remodeled bathroom. As issues came up with the house, again it’s 105 years old, the crew was quick to respond with ideas and options to complete project. From the design, colors, accessories, etc... they were there to help this dream be realized. It initially started as one project and quickly morphed into another. This was largely based on the work that I saw on the master bathroom. Within 2 weeks of the initial job, I hired them to remodel the upstairs bathroom

Home Front Renovations
We chose Home Front Renovations for our small 5’x 9’ bathroom remodel after meeting with several contractors and doing a lot of research online. Michael listened to what we wanted and was readily available to us as we had more questions. Project included removing a wall and fir-down enclosing the shower, tearing out a concrete shower seat, relocating vanity light and shower controls, bringing a sunken shower up to floor level, installing shower walls with a recessed niche, shower light, low profile shower base, fold-down shower seat and top-rolling sliding glass shower door, adding large recessed medicine cabinet, new vanity light and quartz vanity top, lighted vent fan, removing popcorn ceiling, adding new texture, repainting ceiling, walls and vanity, installing new toilet and all accessories. Manny, Ernie, and J.R. did a superb job with the installation. They were very polite and respectful of us and our home. Because the crew spoke only English communication was easy and thorough. Our remodeled bathroom is now more efficient. It looks and feels more open with fewer barriers to movement. We are very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to use Home Front Renovations again

We recently had three bathrooms upgraded. How lucky we were to find What’s Next Remodeling. Allen and Rene were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, ethical, and very patient with me from quote to job completion. This was my first experience with a major renovation project and I was a little nervous to say the least. We selected What’s Next Remodeling from several quotes. They stood out right away because the quote was presented line by line, included averages for items we needed to purchase, was fairly priced; and they project managed the entire job. Used them for 2 bathroom remodels in a rental property. Pros: Crew is courteous, friendly, and shows up on time ready to work. Job was completed on schedule or ahead of schedule. Crew cleans up area well EVERY day. Very good tile work. Price was fair. Not the cheapest. Not the most expensive. I got 5 bids. I was allowed some flexibility on the contract, which, if I hadn't had that, I wouldn't have hired them. They addressed any concerns I had as we went along. Good communication. I felt really good about them when I hired them after meeting Stacy Calahan who came to give me the bid. He is very realistic and accommodating. Reliability, skill, and honesty carry a lot of weight with me and these guys get an A in those areas. Cons: Wall texturing is not their strong suit. It was way too heavy and uneven. I don't recommend them for this. We had a mild conflict regarding a new spot on the carpet in the work area which I am certain was from their crew. I let it go because I figured I'd be replacing the carpet in another year or so and the fight wasn't worth it to me. Had that not been the case it would have gone differently. If you have a particular look you want for something, be sure you are clear and provide photos if possible. Otherwise you risk confusion - even if you've discussed it thoroughly

Joseph and his team were incredible. I had previously had my job quoted out by several other contractors before meeting Joseph. While I had requested a complete floor remodel, Joseph took the time to learn about what i was really trying to accomplish and suggested a big money saver and time saver by merely floating vinyl over our current hardwood floors that have the ability to be refinished if and when there is a time that no dogs will be living on the premises so that they don't get scratched again. None of the other contractors brought this up nor suggested this. i really appreciated how Joseph was looking out for my best interest and brought that possibility up to me. Not only was i impressed by the work and craftsmanship of Joseph and his crew but I was also impressed by their punctuality and professionalism. I'm so glad i met Jospeph through angies list and 10 out of 10 would reccomend him. Looking forward to working with Jospeph and his team again in the future

It's been over a month now & the repairs are holding up nicely. This is not the first plumbing/drainage job this company has done for me. We hired Clear Creek Home Improvements on the advice of our neighbor who has used them for several projects and were very happy. We had a shower that was done several years ago and it was leaking. Kevin came in and assessed what needed to be done, produced a quote together in a very timely fashion and came out and did exactly what he said they were going to do. When we got into the demo all the exterior wood on the shower was completely rotten and also the bench, everything was just black from water damage and mold. It was horrible. They repaired all the framing and basically had to redo it which also included redoing some of the siding on the outside. They put in a new shower pan and bench. New plumbing fixtures new tile and frameless glass. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Clear Creek Home Improvements
