Not well following communication Hi Shanna, Rough numbers: 12.6sq plus waste, starter, ridgecap total 15 squares. 15 sq x $275/sq = $4125 for a 25 year shingle 15 sq x $300/sq = $4500 for a laminated shingle. Plus $100/square of decking needed to be replaced. We don't do the installation. The skirting can be Bought at Home Depot. And easily installed by a handy man to save money. :) My reply It seems you are not interested and it would have been more of a professional response to say so Your quote for the roof is way out of line and to tell me go buy the material and find someone else daaaa I would have if I could that is why I reached out to you recommended by Angie's List I am 65 alone with no means of getting such work done without guidance and to have such a response was very disappointin

My gauge of their success was a closet door that would not close. After staying about two hours, they pronounced the job done--- although the closet door would still not close. Their solution: re-hang the door. Additionally, there was a squeak in the floor in the area where the double-wide halves were joined. They silenced the squeak---which lasted two days. Since then, I have called them about the return of the squeak. I was promised they would return on Tuesday, October 9, 2012. That day came and went without a visit or a telephone call from them. I called them again and was told they would call me back later that afternoon. Again, no response; and, there has been none since. For those who see my comments, be advised that they list two different locations for their business; but, they have the same telephone number. There are even a couple of websites that review them rather highly. The bottom line: don't waste your time or your money on them. They are after the quick money, and that is all. Of the differing website reviews, believe the worst

Home Front Renovations
Keith’s team at Home Front were amazing. We loveed the final results and we were extremely grateful for their patience and willingness to help us. We had some very serious plumbing issues that were interfering with the remodel. Home Front offered us advice, helped communicate with the plumbers and was sable to complete the project while working around these extreme circumstances! Also, this was my first remodel, Meagan helped me make tough decisions and offered me great advice. We’re looking forward to the next project

WREEDONE does excellent work. Will Reed is a good person to work with. He is honest, fair, creative, and is totally committed to delivering a quality product. He cares about the work that he does and the impact a newly remodeled home can have to your particular interests and desires. He is committed to seeing that everything is done correctly and will stick with it until it is done to the customer’s satisfaction. The project manager Caleb Senecal is outstanding. He is amazing with what he does and is a creative problem solver. His attention to detail is impeccable and was designing our kitchen literally to the half inch to optimize our specific space requirements. He really listens and understands the customer. He is very reliable, persistent and does quality work. He is also a very pleasant person to work with. We are very happy with how everything turned out thanks to this attention to detail. The trades are excellent to work with as well from the person who helped us pick paint colors to the company that helps us select fabrics for the unusual banquette. We now have the dream kitchen that we hoped for and absolutely love it. We would definitely recommend WREEDONE and plan on using them for future projects

Home Front Renovations
The following complaint was filed with the BBB against Home Front Services owned by Michael Hayworth back in June. It was my hope that he would honor his contract and commitment. He did not respond to the BBB after they attempted to contact him on 3 different occasions. After living with the project for a few months, I?ve also discovered that most of the tile floor that was installed was not installed correctly ? it?s not level. It is extremely dishearten to have spent so much money and be taken advantage of. I?ve already had a plumber fix the sink and the toilet. Having a warranty with the service was one of the main benefits of using Home Front and was one of the deciding factors that I used. Too bad, Home Front did not honor their commitment as to completion of the project, its warranty and supplying the vendor list so that I could search out individual warranties that should be attached with the products like the windows that were installed. Please read the compliant and beware of the services that they offer. On another note, I had my whole house remodeled, Home Front lead me to believe that they were experts and have done this before. Nearing the end of the project and talking to the foreman, I was informed that my home was their first whole horse remodel. Other items in my home I?ll have to fix as I obtained the additional funds to do so. Items that would be covered in the warranty that Home Front Defaulted on. Save your hard earned money and get a contractor that is accredited and a member of the BBB. It will save you in the long run. BBB COMPLIANT Home Front contracted with me to perform a whole house remodel at a cost of $40,944.28. Home Front has been paid in full for the services, home front's final list consisted of the following: 1) Replacing the floor transition that they broke. 2) Patching the 2nd new tub that was chipped during some of their work at the residence (SEE TXT MSG below) 3) Securing the kitchen faucet that spins 35 degrees 4) Regrouting the shower and tub area due to the fact that it was pulling away from the walls after only a couple of weeks 5) Reposition the security lock on the front door due to the fact that it would not lock 6) Furnish a complete list of items used in the remodel for reference - paint colors and codes, tile name, grout colors, carpet choice and to include the place of purchase so that if needed items could be easily found. The list that was sent to me was incomplete and actually listed incorrect items that I did not pick for the project. The list in itself says that no attention to detail was used in the process. I am guessing that was why the wrong tile was installed in the master bathroom. I informed home front that I wanted to be home for the completion of the project and was told that their best patch person who was assigned to patch the tub suffered from high blood pressure and it would be best that no one be there. I granted the request but was under the impression that only the tub area would be worked on. Upon coming home one evening it was discovered that items 2-5 were attempted to be fixed, but they was unsuccessful at it. The grout is still pulling away from the walls, which will cause a major water issue eventually (an item home front should be concerned with) also grout was left on the tub and that specific area of the house that they worked in was a left in a mess, not uncommon for home front. The tub patch is extremely noticeable and not a complete color match (I was told special paint was ordered for this). The door lock does work now but the stain patch job on door was not blended in. Extremely noticeable and the Sink faucet still turns 35 degrees. For some reason home front does not want the property owner to be home while preforming the final touches. I can only assume that the person preforming the work is unskilled as obvious from the work performed. While checking and grout sealing the floor it was discovered that 8 tiles were chip or cracked and most of which were hidden by grout. Which I believe was a deliberate attempt to hide faulty workmanship and or materials. Also my daughter discovered that one of the toilets is not fully connected to the floor. It is quite embarrassing having people over and the toilet wobbles and the sink faucet comes off. Not to mention that one of the new ceiling fans makes a horrible noise. Upon finding these other items I informed home front that I wanted them fixed and I received am email from the owner titled "the end" - that they were done. To date home front has been paid in full and they have not completed the punch list items and also refused to fix the others items to which according to the contract, the work came with a one year warranty Home front has defaulted on their agreement. The owner of home front also at one time told the office manager not to have any communication with me because she was finding items that needed attention during the process.(TXT message attached) The owner was also so bold to email me and state that I damaged these items and that I was just an unhappy person. I'm glad he knows me so well but people should be careful of judging others. I certainly would not damage my home, one in which I've paid over $40,000 to improve - I'm been giving home front the pleasure of doing that for the last several weeks. Never the less the fact remains that home front has been paid and the work is not finished. The owner of home front at one time even said "I didn't price you for a Colleyville job". Now what does that mean? He never elaborated on it when I asked him. But I informed him how offended that comment made me - I can only assume that he prices his job by zip code or has a different crew to perform the higher end homes. Needless to say extremely unprofessional and very degrading for the client Resolution: I have no trust in home front, the list of items above does not describe the whole experience with them. I'll save that for other social media sites. If home front wants to make this right I would prefer another company to perform the work at their expense. One that is accredited by the BBB. Two excerpts from the contract are: All work is covered by our 1 year warranty. We are fully insured. Disputes If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved directly, customer agrees to keep the matter private and if necessary utilize the services of a mediator whose cost shall be shared equally. I assume that the email I received from home front titled ?the END? eradicates me from all contractual obligations such as the section on disputes. Home Front did not offer me the mediator approach and they have stated that they have no intentions of making this right. I will in turn reach out and post my reviews on all site that I may find appropriate for this situation including any governmental/state regulatory sites. Also home front still has a key to my home which they have not returned. I would like this immediately ? FedEx or sent certified mail so that it can be tracked. I assume Home Front knows that until the key is returned I will hold them liable for any and all issues related to any missing items from my home. It would be in their best interest to return the key. Gregory Ellis Home Owner
Great job! Workers showed up every day and showed up on time; workers cleaned up at end of each day; work was done in a very timely manner; work was done as requested; used quality products; great and fair pricing; great communication! Would highly recommend their services!!!
Lorenzo was professional from the very beginning. Answered the phone the first time I tried to call. I set up an appointment time and I had to push the time back a little and he didn't seem bothered and worked with me on the later time. He came out looked at what I needed to have done, measured what needed to be measured, showed genuine concern about the results I was expecting. Called me the following day with his quote. He's very optimistic and has a great can do attitude. Didn't push me into committing into any extra work, I appreciate that. He showed up at a normal time, he and his helper got right to work right away. I stayed and watched them both work, they know what they are doing. Seemed like second nature to them both. They installed and sealed both doors and the window. Really good and quick workmanship. Took away old doors and old window frame away at my request. Thanks
I had hardwood flooring and tile being put in my home while I was out of town. I asked John to come by and make sure the work was being performed well. Since I was out of town I wanted a third party to ensure the work was going as promised and the workers knew someone was coming by to do quality control. He came by while the work was being done and gave me progress reports. Once the work was complete he came back to the house and did a walk through to make sure he did not see any problems. It gave me piece of mind to know that someone with construction experience was looking after my project. I loved the company I used, but after years of doing remodel experience, I know that a company doesn't always tell you when they've made a mistake or not done a process correctly. This service ensured the job was done right. I plan on using him again when we remodel our master bathroom

What do customers in Fort Worth say about Remodel Mobile Home?
Top Notch Mobile Home Services is highly professional, and more importantly trustworthy company. I dealt with Chris the owner and he was here the entire time that the job was being done. He is the type of owner that actually does the work himself with some help. Chris was always patient and courteous. And went out of his way to explain everything to me. I will highly recommend Top Notch to everyone.
