I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Ben arrived on time then walked through the project with me. Three days before the work began Ben and Julio,the foreman, came again and went over the project with me and wanted to know if I had any question. The day of the painting Julio arrived with a full crew of painters. I had just had a new wood floor put in the week before, so I was concerned about paint getting on the floor. I need not have worried the paint crew did a great job of covering the floor and also covering every entry way. They also fixed a hole in my garage wall, tape and bedding, texturing and painting...cannot even see where the hole was. No money is collected until the job s finished. Also they use quality paint, Sherwin Williams. The painting of my paneling updated the room and looks great. I would highly recommend this company!

Perfect Touch
Initially a paint job, turned out I needed some board repairs too (house and deck). They fixed all that up, did a wonderful job making sure all was painted well (no slop over, no under paint). Trim was nice an sharp, painting against glass too! Hard working, mindful of their work, sun up to sun down workers. Respectful and professional. I've already contacted them for another job!

Recent Review: Raindango did a great job! The guys arrived on time every morning and worked all day long. They made great progress every day and cleaned up after each day's work. Whenever a hitch was found as will happen in an old house, the project managers explained clearly what was needed and why, and they stuck to their reasonable quote. Everyone we encountered at Raindango was courteous, respectful and exhibited a high level of professionalism. They wanted it right, not rushed, but still got in and out efficiently. We've already planned to use them again for future projects and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, hard-working home repair/remodel contractor.
Recent Review: Swan Roofing did an exceptional job. Josh acted as Project Manager and coordinated the repair of the damaged ceiling, mailbox and ensured gutters would be installed. Sheetrock was replaced and ceilings were painted, stucco replaced on mailbox, gutters ordered and installed. Swan workman covered the pool and outside furniture, the installation was done timely, workman professional and respectful of us and our property. The clean up was perfect. No debris left on our property and they went one step further and cleaned the pool. Wow, just unbelievable. I would highly recommend Swan Roofing. They are the best!

Recent Review: I have a two story house that is 17 years old with original exterior paint. Nielsen came out and surveyed the house and sent a very detailed professional quote. Based on their good reviews, the professionalism of Nielson and Ana, and competitiveness of the quote, I decided to go with them. The painters were Juan and Luis. I work from home so I could see the work as performed. As listed in the quote, they covered all bushes and furniture, then pressure washed the entire exterior. They caulked all the windows, doors, and joints on both stories, including the three porch areas. They replaced two sections of warped wood on the garage door frame. They siliconed the brick expansion joints. Then they painted one section at a time, taping and covering outside the paint surfaces. They also painted the metal flashing that looked terrible. The paint job was smooth with no running or blotches. They hand brushed where needed. Juan and Luis did a great job and smiled broadly when I told them so, indicating they take pride in their work.
Recent Review: It went well and I will use them again. Painting was done to a high standard and in a timely manner. I recommend this company.
