I was extremely disappointed in the work performed. I had to call them back right away because I noticed that the caulk did not cover the shim that they placed to level the new toilet. Only later did I realize that they had also put a large scratch in the vanity while installing the faucet. While they were working, they constantly complained and said "****-it" as if installing a new toilet and faucet in a well-maintained home were the most difficult tasks. When they came back to redo the caulk, they moaned and swore some more. I know first-hand that caulk is finicky to work with, but if they are this frustrated with caulking a new Toto toilet, I would never trust them with anything challenging! I had already removed and disposed of the old toilet myself and the flooring had been professionally redone, so it should have been fairly routine. They are also very expensive. When speaking directly to me, they were polite, but while working, they seemed to be having a hard time

I contacted Cesar in reference to installing a new door for my hallway bathroom as well as new trim for the door and the bathroom itself. Additionally, I needed a new toilet installed and a light fixture. Cesar came to the house and installed the door and trim, as well as the light fixture. An attempt was made to install the toilet but we had some issues that had nothing to do with Cesar but instead a clogged pipe that was there prior. Cesar worked on the toilet for hours, even hauling it back to Home Depot when we thought it may be an issue with the toilet. At the end of the day Cesar informed me he did not know what the issue with the toilet was and he recommended a plumber to come look at the pipe to the toilet, which I did and after running a camera we found an item lodged in the pipe. Cesar refused to charge me for his attempt at installing the toilet, even though he spent hours on it and it wasn't his fault. Cesar had to come back a week later to paint the trim and door he had installed. I was very impressed with the trim, as the style (craftsmen) made it easy to see the seams where the trim was connected together, but after Cesar had prepped and painted it is all seamless! He does good work, but most importantly he is fair and honest. Mat

We had problems with a couple of our toilets and shower after moving into our home. We called and left a message on Saturday. The call was promptly returned on the next business day. The plumber came out to diagnose the problem that day and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He told us which toilets and parts for the shower to buy and was very informative. They also price by a list and not by the hour which I liked. He was willing to talk with me about my preferences and offered more suggestions to me. There was not a charge for this visit. We scheduled a visit for the next day after we bought the items. The plumbers arrived on time and finished the work in a timely manner with the newly installed toilets working great. They also took away the old ones. The problem that he diagnosed the shower with ended up not being what was wrong. He replaced the part I bought so I could take it back for a refund. He then worked on the shower and fixed the problem without charging me. I would definitely use this company again

Everything went very well! Scheduling the installation was easily handled in one quick 15-minute call which addressed a few questions and the scheduling of the job. The ACE representative Ed showed up on time and was very professional and personable. Ed did a great job installing my new dual flush chair height toilet(I love it) and we had a very engaging conversation regarding our pets. He installed the toilet and carried away the old toilet and the boxes which the new one came in for the price below

They did an excellent job. My only complaint is that they didn't allow me to price them out before arriving. When I called asking for prices, they said that only the plumbers that arrived on site could do that. I confirmed this pricing arrangement after stating that all I need was a drain cleaned and wanted a price for this. They wouldn't do it over the phone. I ended up going with Bacon Plumbing since the other plumbers that offered pricing options, wouldn't be available until the following day. In a pinch, Bacon works, but I won't use them for normal work that is not time sensitive

I have found my new plumber! First, I called the city to let them know that the sewer was backing up into my shower and the toilets were very, very slow to clear. The city came out within an hour of my call after inspecting the cleanout they told me the problem was past what they could do. I called Made’s Plumbing and Ben called me back promptly saying he would be out late in the afternoon. Ben came assessed the problem and got to work. He was able to fix the problem in a timely manner, throughout the process he let me know what he was doing and why. He was very polite and easy to work with. I will be calling him again, when I need a plumber! Best of all, his prices were reasonable

I ended up having a leak from the base of my toilet that stemmed from continuous plumbing issues that were not ever fixed.The gentleman arrived on time and found the problem and ended up fixing the problem that no other plumber seemed to be able to fix. Which was removing the re-bar. The only down side is the plumber had to come out twice. The good news is we didn't have to dig through the ground but we were able to go through the wall. I would use this service again. Fair straight price

Jamie was very prompt and on time. He was very professional and talked to me before starting the job to explain all things that could be going on and the fixes. Once he started he brought in a rug where he laid the toilet. He then showed me what he would have to do. He went to the truck to get supplies he needed to work with and parts to replace. After reseating the toilet he explained why it was the wrong size for the space. He was able to make the existing toilet work in the space without having to special order a smaller size. After completion he totally cleaned up to the point you would never know he had been there. We talked again before he left. Wonderful guy and very professional. I will call him again for any plumbing repairs. Too bad he isn't a handyman able to do all my other jobs

Job involved going in through kitchen ceiling, then in from behind the upstairs toilet. He found the issue (failing wax seal under toilet) reinstalled the toilet but not before having to re-set and re-grout tile, re-drywall, mud and paint wall behind toilet, and re-do ceiling (popcorn) in kitchen. Did a quality job at a fair price. I will be hiring him again for other jobs in the future. Great job Ernesto

It took 2 diagnostic visits but once determined the course the service Dwayne and assistant arrived on time. Explained the process and finalized cost before started. Dwayne took care with carpet to and from bathrooms. No tile was damaged. The service took a bit longer than expected. But repair truly worth it. Fix made huge difference in wasted water and expense
