DSS came out and installed 32 cameras, 2 dvr's, and view software. Through the course of the install we found that the original cameras were not effective for night viewing. DSS came back out and replaced all cameras with a better camera. This company strives to make sure everything is right. Their people are professional and they work hard. After working with previous similar security companies, these guys prove to be the best.

I've been trying very hard to get the service that I need, 2 of the camera is not working after they install it. We got a extended 5 years warranty. We reached out to them immediately when we knew that the 2 camera is not working. They said that the 30 days warranty for parts and labor is over but he set an appointment before the 30 days period but never showed up. Not reliable, worst service I've ever seen.

Recent Review: After my home was burglarized, I wanted to use the installed alarm that I had never used since moving in eight years ago. I did lots of online research and called around including calling service providers on Angie's List. Most could not help me unless I would change out my equipment. One recommended Lloyd to me and I gave him a call. Lloyd returned my call the next day and detailed what he could do and all the expenses of doing it. He even had spare parts for my system which is no longer made. Lloyd showed up early, made the programming changes in about 10 minutes and checked out my system. He then took me through how to set and use the alarm. It took him longer to write up my ticket than to do the actual work. I would definitely recommend and use Lloyd again. His company provides monitoring of alarms and installation of security cameras too. Although he is in Forney, he had no issue with coming to west Plano and says he goes all around the DFW area. Super nice guy and tremendous service.
