CLANTON QUALITY AWNING
They came out in the morning and took measurements and left awning material swatches. I had a quote on the job that same day. They emailed me a drawing of the job with measurements and price. They were able to utilize the existing farm and just replace the fabric. Once we chose the fabric they came out, removed the existing awning and took it back to their shop. Within a few days they were back with the recovered awning and installed it. They did a good job ith the instalation and cleanup

Double C Canvas and Repairs Inc.
They had several choices of material to choose from. We picked a material and color. A Double C employee came out and measured the frame and even touched up the rusty areas and painted them. Then the came back and installed the cover/awning and it looks great. They did a super job and it looks great! A employee called to make sure we were happy with the install. It looks really great and they were awesome to work with! I would recommend them to anyone

CLANTON QUALITY AWNING
I first used Clanton's back in 1989, at my first home in the and quot;M-Streetand quot; area. When selling the home, I wanted them to re-cover the original awnings they installed, so they did 2 jobs for me at that home. In 2004, I needed a small awning over a back door at a different home, and because of my previous experiences, I called them to do that install. Each time, I was completely satisfied with their work, installers and pricing. It may or may not make a difference to anyone reading this review that I have done a bit of contracting work as a and quot;house-flipperand quot;, so have both a fair amount of knowledge and understanding of sub-contractors. While my experiences with Clanton's have been excellent, sometimes contractor's drop the ball...they respond slowly or fail to call back, so I will often take a negative review or two with a grain of salt...particularly if there are several positive ones. I have even experienced frustrating or lack of response with my stable of long-time sub-contractors. In almost all instances, there is a good explanation. Of course, if problems continue, I move on to another sub. I have had good experiences with Clanton's, and while I am sure there are other reputable awning companies out there, I see no reason to and quot;re-invent the wheeland quot; and try some unknown entity when it comes to awnings in the future. As a matter of fact, I just referred them to a roofing contractor friend, which is what brought me to their site and prompted this review

The staff was fine. I was able to install the awning myself. The product is high quality and still works to this day. The awning even has lights and is pretty nice. It did not take long to receive the product from them.

After paying the deposit for my awning and getting measurements done I didn't hear a single word from the company until their installation guy showed up at my front door to install everything. While working the installer broke a light fixture (on video) and didn't bother to mention anything to us, but instead tossed the broken pieces to the side. Due to the absolute lack of communication we had yet to purchase a fan for them to install, so the installation tech had to come back out again to install that. While there he didn't bother to mention or apologize for the broken light and took spare pieces from the fan that I might need later. Follow up calls from the company have lacked any consideration for events, and while I'm generally happy with the awning itself the lack of communication and professionalism have been a problem to say the least

Cesar and his firm first build me a 2 ton sliding gate across my driveway and then I hired them to build me a 10‘ x 20‘ awning over my back porch. Both pieces of work are sturdy and have performed without any drawbacks in the eight months since I’ve had them installed. For both jobs, they were in and out in a couple of days or less. They cleaned up well after themselves after the work was completed and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future

CLANTON QUALITY AWNING
I chose this company because of the Angie's List reports, but I had a lot of trouble getting a call back to set up for a quote. Eventually when a salesman did come out to quote I was impressed with the number of choices in fabrics and the salesman was detailed in his explanation on how the awning would be installed and how much sunlight it would let through. The salesman gave me a 6 week turnaround time (which seemed very long, but he attributed a backup to recent storm damage creating a lot of work for them). The installers showed up a week earlier than I expected, without calling, but my job was on the truck as an "extra" for the day. They got the install done in less than an hour

Fabulous! I can't say enough Brennan Enterprises. I can't remember who came out for the estimate, but he looked at the style of my house and the neighborhood to recommend the perfect windows for my house. None of the other companies gave me a choice, they only had 1 type of window. My new windows are amazing, they blend in well with my house . I did not windows that scream "new windows". My house is much quieter and retains temperature better. I can't wait for my first full month electric bill to see the difference

Work started in February and completed in Mar. Hold up was strictly due to all the rain we had, but they took advantage of any openings to continue to completion. The teams that worked on our house were great and Bruce and his team took all the time we needed to answer questions and responded quickly. After installation noticed a window stress fracture and it was repaired by (Pella) quickly. In June had a couple of adjustments that needed to be made to flashing and it was handled without a fuss. I would recommend Scott Exteriors to anyone thinking of have work like this done. I have no complaints and will definitely use them for future projects

We love our windows! With the builder installed windows, we had ice inside the windows when winter would roll around. These new windows are great to keep out the cold and the summer heat. Our shower replacement is gorgeous. The company installed a product that keeps away mildew (since there are no grout lines)

Being from England I know a high-quality retractable awning when I see one. I moved to Chicago from the UK and decided to install a retractable awning at my house. Installed now for 4 1/2 years and have not had a single problem with it and don't expect to. We love it and use it frequently in the spring and summer months. Matt was very knowledgeable, answering all questions, measured carefully, and worked with the door manufacturer to get the exact style and color we wanted, custom made to ensure it fit perfectly. They came out in 1 day and gave me an estimate the same day. Very professional and a competitive price compared to the other estimates I had. I called to accept the estimate, and they said it would take a week to order and install. One week later I called them and the secretary said they were on the way to install my skylight. One hour later they were finished and I am incredibly happy. I had to call to remind them to pay my bill! I will use this company again if I ever have to replace a skylight. Best of all they sent me a personal thank you note for the order-never had that happen before. Highly impressed and would give 5 plus stars

Excellent! Darryl and the guys were a pleasure. Darryl offered ideas to improve upon what we requested. We are very happy with the final outcome! We live on the lake and, learning that Darryl is a golfer, I challenged him to hit a few range balls out in the water to see if he could reach the island (well over 300 yards!). Wow! He almost reached it! So, got the project done with flying colors, a few tips on my swing, and a front row seat to see a near-pro hit the ball a country mile

It went great!!!!! We had used them on a special in Sept of 2014 to do a roof inspection and they found our leak and fixed it all within the special price. They did not try to sell us a new roof at the time, because it still had a year or two left.... We had hail this year and that was it for our roof.... Although we got 5 estimates, we decided to hire C&H because of their attention to all the concerns we had regarding the install and quality of work... we upgraded the shingles on our roof, and only pd out of pocket for the upgrade. They met with us several times during our decisionmaking process. I was worried about the redo of a flat surface area between the shingles and they paid particular attention to it explaining how they were going to cover it....and protect the area. They canvassed the area afterwards for nails and debris twice....and used a magnet to find hidden nails... Rob and Tommy were great at communication. And Tommy was on site for the whole time.... The work was done very well and it rained the day after so we know their are no leaks!!! I would give them an A

They showed up to quote a fence replacement on time (we had a difficult time with other fence companies even completing the quote process when they said they would). The fence installation was high quality. This led us to ask for a quote for a complete patio remodel including a covered patio, outdoor kitchen, new decking. They weren’t the cheapest quote but worth it! The quality of workmanship met our high expectations. The project manager was responsive and communication was impeccable

From pictures sent via email, they helped me decide on size, and design elements and promptly sent me referrence since they reside outside my area. The item was made, shipped and damaged in transit and they took care of details of returning item to them, dealing wiht the insurance company, correcting the issue, keeping me up to date in the process and remaking the awning and getting it back to me. They supplied detailed instruction to my contractor for installation and were available via phone for consult during the process. I am very pleased

They installed a 20 foot retractable awning and their entire team (site assessment, office staff, and installers) are very professional and we especially liked the after-installation warranties they offered. We were in no way disappointed with our choice and we definitely recommend SSS without reservation if you want a good company that stands behind their quality products
