The equipment brought to site was high quality and provided a quick professional Pond clean-out The two man crew were pleasant and highly efficient . They walked me through the entire clean-out process Crew provided assistance with selection of those fish I wished to retain. The undesired fish were retained to their site. Backyard area, when complete, including pond and waterfall, was spotless when the crew cleared the work area I am a seasoned Pond owner who has been cleaning my fish pond on an annual basis, for the past 10 years.. I lack the equipment and the knowledge to provide the high quality of service as experienced with Sublime Water Gardens. The clean-out job, normally would takes me the majority of one day ,was complete in less than 2 hours . The crew showed up on time. They have drained the water and cleaned the pond. Upon my inspection the water was as dirty as prior to cleaning. The company rep told me over the phone the algae growth should subside after adding chemicals they provided me. I have been adding it to my pond but it was becoming more and more dirty. At some point the pond was so overgrown with algae I couldn't see any fish. Finally almost all my fish died. Subsequently I have hired another company to clean up the pond, treat the water and introduce new fish. They have informed me that my system is equipped with UV light that burned and that is why I had so much algae growth. Sublime Water Garden never bother to check the system. I seriously doubt they even cleaned the filters. They also left all wiring out. They were almost double in cost to the company I hired to clean up their mess

We have a large koi pond with a waterfall. It has been losing water for a few months. We had another company come out to clean it and they thought they found the source of the leak in the process, but they didn't. Sublime Water Gardens found the problem quickly. There were many roots growing into one part of the pond, pushing the liner away and causing water to leak out. Cleaning out the roots took about 3 hours. The leak detection cost per hour was pretty steep, but it was in line with what other companies charge for the same service, so I suppose that's just the norm for the industry. The other company who cleaned our pond didn't reshape the rocks around the edge that had fallen down, which was kind of a disappointment. The man from Sublime Water Gardens told us that they do reshape the edge by placing the rocks back where they belong as part of a pond clean out. Next Spring, when it's time to clean the pond, I'll definitely call them to do it, rather than the other company who cleaned it last time. They were pretty punctual. The receptionist told us they would be there around 8:00, and they were there around 8:40, which isn't too bad for contractors. They were very professional

I got quotes from three well-known Koi pond service companies, Stephanie from Sublime Water Gardens was the only one who tried to convince me to look at a cheaper alternative. Although the other companies suggested a total rebuild, costing as much as $21,000. Stephanie's quote was not only much better, but when the job was completed, they had finished 20% under their quoted price. Not only was the price better than anybody else's, but the crew built a cave for my fish out of the broken waterfall cover rock I had planned to replace. I can't say how happy I am with the quality of the work

Sublime Water Gardens installed our pond over 8 years ago and have serviced it ever since. We had hadn't had them come for several years to perform maintenance and clean it out. It was in bad shape! After a some scheduling shuffles for this and that, they came out and performed the estimated work and were true to their time and the cost. The workers were helpful in how to use the new bacteria and additives and they have worked wonders on keeping the pond sparkling clear. I checked the prices on line for the products and they were the same as what they sold them to me for. The service guys helped me do a couple of extra things to get the pond really clean (pulled out some plants,, removed sludge, etc.) and all the fish did just fine. They also gave me tips to keep the pond clean and plants in check. Great job, SWG

Tom and crew showed up as planned and had everything in top shape in under two hours. Sublime rebuilt the pond (2000 gal, 12x12 with waterfall and 5-6” fish) in 2018 (someone else built it) and their re-do is far superior. They give a detailed estimate before they start....and in my case, they came in over 25% under estimate (ie, they didn’t do it if it didn’t need it.). Give them a try

They quoted us one amount over the phone. They came out, did the work and sent us a bill for double the amount they quoted. We paid the original quote amount and they never contacted us again. They did a good job. We thought it was odd for them to give the quote over the phone and instead of a quote on paper

Clayton and his team did a fabulous job on our new outdoor living area. His crew was very professional and very attentive to details. This was a very large project and the final results were beyond our expectations. Our new addition has given us the ultimate getaway right in our own backyard. Sublime always does good work. It takes a long time to get on their schedule, but the pond guys are great. Dan did an excellent job of helping us change our existing koi pond to a smaller pond from a huge one and helped us reorganize our existing space. The guys on his crew really worked hard because this was a very physically demanding re-do. They know their stuff on pond work and we are very satisfied with all they did. Pond work is just very expensive...and there are not a lot of folks that know what they are doing. Sublime Water Gardens does!!

Tyler and his crew are OUTSTANDING and have provided me with a very beautiful pool. The thing that stands out the most for this company though is the EXCELLENT customer service that is provided by Tyler. He responses quickly to any request or questions and always goes above and beyond what is asked. I have a cement hippo fountain that belonged to my brother-in-law who passed away several years ago and is very special to my family. When I told Tyler I would probably try to get a small pump and hook up the hippo or maybe just put a hose in it so it could be used ....Tyle said he would place plumbing so the hippo could be turned on and off at the pool pump ...and he didn't charge me any extra. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and meant so much to me. I have texted and called him with a ton of questions and he always treats my questions and me as important. He never acted too busy and even when he went on vacation he made sure to let me know that if I needed anything I could contact him. My pool was certainly not the highest priced job ...actually for a pool it was on the low side ... but Tyler always treated me like I was a million dollar customer. I think Tyler and Dolce Pools is the BEST and would recommend them to anyone looking for quailty work and outstanding customer service!!! Thank you Tyler!!!

After no success from another pool repair company, I got a recommendation to call Damion at Woods Pools. He was able to determine the problem quickly (clogged line) and was able to fix it in short order by using a compressor attached to the hose. I was SO happy that he was able to diagnose the issue so easily. I will definitely be calling him in the future when I need pool maintenance

We were losing water faster than we thought was normal. When all the tests showed there were no leaks, Mark educated us on the potential for water loss due to evaporation. He also gave us a suggestion for how to alter the overflow drainage cap to possibly reduce excessive water loss. He was in no hurry, took his time, answered questions...very professional

Ryan was absolutely a pleasure to work with knowledgeable, honest and focused on our needs. He found our leak where others have failed and while I was bemoaning the cost of tearing up our yard he provided a second solution that actually cost him money but overall benefited our situation. WHO DOES THAT? Because of an initial scheduling snafu he didn't want to take any money in spite of the fact that he came out twice and his time is valuable. I pretty much had to force him to take some money. Again I ask WHO DOES THAT? I can't recommend highly enough and if you have trouble getting through stick with it they are worth it.
