Project took about 2.5 months Only negatives were their AV subs who they have changed (new sub very good). John Thorburn and his partner were always very responsive, professional and courteous. Neatness was unusual for cleaning up each day and attempting understand and work with us to disrupt life as little as possible

Enviro Tech Property Services, Inc.
Serivced in April. We noticed mosquitos and other pests. We checked the system and found that at least 5 heads were not spraying. In addition we determined that the system was not spraying at the times indicated on system. We called Envirotech out to have a follow up service call. They said they came out and everything was fine. I checked after the follow up service call was supposidely performed and found the 5 nonfunctioning heads still did not work and no settings on the system had been altered. This led me to believe that no one had been out to the house and checked the system. We called again on June 15th and a tech was supposed to be dispatched. Again I found no evidence that a tech had been to the house. I spoke with the owner on June 29th who assured me a tech would be at my house friday morning July 1. No tech materialzed. We will find another service company

Andys Sprinkler Drainage & Lighting
I was impressed at how quickly they scheduled my appointment. The team of two that came out included one guy who knew a lot about sprinklers. He had suggestions for me to reduce the misting and save water by putting on some new heads. I asked about replacing one head with a riser head and they quickly made the change for me. I was impressed with the knowledge of systems and their eagerness to address any concerns I had with recommendations. I'd definitely use them again

RICHARD IRRIGATION
We just purchased a new home and had not yet used the sprinkler system. We had been told by another company that our system didn't work because we needed to replace the controller box. On May 1, I called Richard Irrigation from Angie's List for a second opinion. Sergio returned my call promptly, and was able to come out that same day. Upon inspection, he found that there was NO FUSE in the controller box! He inserted a new fuse, and the panel lit up. He told us that although the box was an older model, it was still operating. He proceeded to check all stations, and although some fine tuning was necessary, each was operating. I wasn't happy with the massive amounts of mist wasting away into the air, and Sergio suggested the Hunter pressure regulated heads that deliver more droplets and less mist. He alerted me up front that they were expensive - same with the newer Rainbird pressure regulated rotors. We arranged for the replacement of 23 heads and 6 rotors to be installed on May 3. On May 3 Sergio promptly arrived on time, and came with a crew of 3 workers. They all worked together like a well-oiled machine! Besides installing the new heads, another pipe needed to be fixed, and 2 more heads were capped. Sergio then ran each station and adjusted all heads and rotors to maximize efficiency. Finally, he took the time to show me the ins/outs of the controller box while I took notes. I was also left with a detailed invoice, which I appreciate. We still need a few more rotors to complete the system, and I will have Richard Irrigation come out again. I highly recommend this company. Note: The price reflects the total of the 2 visits - 5-6 hours of labor and materials

Stillwater Irrigation
Called Stillwater because they had been no nice earlier in the year. I wanted to correct the problem for lack of water in my garden beds. Lou and his assistant, Sergio, came promptly in the morning and started work. Lou really educated me about how an efficient drip system should be; (what I had was a poor work to start with but I didn't know any better in 2010). I was assured that the basic sprinkler system was o.k. but the drip configuration needed reworking. None of the original lines were taken out, but moved and added to in order for better coverage. Various types of sprinklers were added to my garden beds for better watering. Lou ran the controller manually to check all the zone locations (we found some hidden sprinkler heads). If a leak showed up it was fixed on the spot, if a head was in the wrong place, it was moved. Finally, Lou checked the rain sensor to see that it was functioning properly and reset the timer for better watering. A lot of work was done and took the better part of the day. The end result is that I am extremely happy. There was no sales pressure to buy what wasn't required, just honest advice. Thanks again, Stillwater

Andy’s Sprinkler Drainage & Lighting
I ordered the Big Deal sprinkler tune up. The technician arrived on schedule. I had one septic sprinkler head that had been worked on before by Andy's but came off a few days after it was replaced. They charged 90 dollars to repair this again along with two other regular sprinkler heads. I noticed when this sprinkler head came on a few days later that it was only spraying out a mist. They returned to repair it again a few days later to re-adjust. I was quoted $500 to repair a few sprinkler heads that they said had minor leaks but deferred since this seemed to be fairly pricey for the work. Overall I am satisfied with the work done and would recommend to others

Mia's Quick Service
Bottom line, Mia's Sprinkler did not provide the service that I purchased. That is, they would never show up. The first appointment I had with them they canceled 10 minutes beforeose the agreed upon time. Their reason was it was too wet that day. First of all, there was only a light mist with temperatures in the low 70's.. Secondly they were suppose to be testing my sprinkler system and that in itself could result in them getting wet. And lastly that same day my neighbor that was having a new fence installed, and their fence contractor had no problem working in the mist. Then next appointment I had with them they never showed up nor called. When I contacted them about an hour after they were suppose to arrive, the lady answering the phone had no record that I was on their schedule. (Even though the person that canceled my appointment the week before, agreed on this time.) I explained to lady that I was very frustrated with Mia's Sprinkler service after they stood me up twice, and I wanted my money back. She said she wanted to "make things right", took my phone number, and promised to get back to me. She never did. A few days later I contacted Angie's list, and explained the situation and my money was refunded

The salesman, Josh, did an excellent job. Their quote was a mid range quote. They offered the best service for the most reasonable price. He adjusted my quote as many times as I needed. He kept me informed on what they would do and was very knowledgeable. He really went out of his way to help us and did an outstanding job. They were very neat in their work and did not damage any part of the yard. It was not an easy job but they were happy to make sure they did everything right. The system works great now. We had an issue with one of our irrigation sections not turning off properly, and the yard would flood while we were gone. I called Clark Irrigation and got the first available appointment. The guys arrived ahead of schedule and immediately started checking the irrigation system to locate the problem. While locating the problem, they also checked all of the sprinkler heads to make sure they were working properly. They located the failing valve and checked all of the other valves as well. They replaced the bad valve and at least 6 sprinklers heads. During the entire process, they showed me how to replace the valves and heads and told me where to go to get all of the supplies. They gave me great advice on how to check and maintain the irrigation system in the future. The entire process took less than an hour. I highly recommend Clark Irrigation to anyone needing irrigation services!

Therefore, I had no other estimates with which to compare, but the price charged by this company seemed reasonable to me

definitely will hire again - saved their info into my cell. They were prompt and professional and again my ancient system is going strong! My old system had different things going wrong in most zones, but fixed everything we asked for quoted price (they didn't find more (expected, which I expected to increase price but since nothing more quoted-came in on budget) and they advised since timer repair on 30 year old controller is same price as a brand new digital controller, even saved us money (didn't even try to sell new controller thru themselves; we ran to big box store after they left (not in stock there...)). They wore masks entire time despite heat or being requested, and since living with us is mom in high risk group, this was appreciated during pandemic even though they stayed outside the whole time and were well away from us (I'd have been fine if they took mask off - I couldn't do it outside in TX heat)

Luis/Aqua Irrigation is a one man independent business. He stays fairly busy, but returns his calls in a timely fashion, and is good about getting to the job in a reasonable length of time when called, although he does have to work with his schedule some.(He has done multiple repairs for me in the past, and been responsive when I was having an irrigation emergency.) His workmanship is good -- I find that his repairs do not break down like those of some other repairmen I have used in the past. I have found him to be both knowledgeable and technically competent. He charges by the hour or by the job, depending on the type of work that is being done. His prices are not cheap, but they are fair. I strongly recommend him and will continue to call him myself in the future

Did your house flood in the last heavy rain? Mine did. Call the Mondragon family at My Irrigation Now! Honest, compassionate, hard working and highly competent engineering knowledge. If you have a drainage problem, let Pedro work out the solution for you, implement it,, and you will certainly have no future issues. Not the cheapest or the most expensive, but fast, clean work and intelligent solutions. I certainly do not regret my choice hiring them to install about 240 feet of sub-surface drainage and a sump pump around my house. Thank you MIN for keeping my house dry in future
