My elderly, handicapped mother was charged $9984.00 for gutter guards on her home. This was after the “Rush Creek Church” discount Paperwork shows it was originally $13,376. She had preexisting gutters, and her home is only 2700 sq feet with know steep roof lines. The paperwork states they Did not Replace gutters, only some hardware, there is a special place in **** for people who take advantage of elderly people, who are clearly incapacitated and living on a fixed income. She is now stuck with a huge monthly payment for two years. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I have been using AngiesList (now Home Advisors) to look for service providers over decades for performing maintenance of my house. The way I utilize the services is to look for the service provider that are in the “Super Service Award” category, with the most highest rating of “A” and “B” then scan a few “A” and “B” customer rating comments then moved to read much more comments for the “D” and “F” category. Even for top performers there are time hiccups do occur; it is how a company that remedies a short coming on the job that is important. I have seen a few companies that pushed back on legitimate customers’ complains or tried to shift blame rather than own up to the problems and remedied the situation. After my due diligence I found “Quality Tops Roofing” fits all my requirements for high quality of workmanship and good customer follow up. Following is a brief description of work and events during the roof installation: The work was done during the height of the Coronavirus pandemic of 2020. One of my requirements was minimum personal contact and the company follows the CDC guideline. “Quality Tops Roofing” met my requirements! The job was completed without in person to person meeting. Mr. Bruce Sabine, president of the company came surveyed the premise and next day he provided a contract and roofing tile brochure via attachment in an email. After confirmation of the terms and price of the contract in about a week’s time, the installation crew came and install the roof in a day. The next day the quality control team came and inspected the roof and communicated to me the installation passed inspection. Another team came the following Monday and replaced the leaf gutter screen in 3 hours with no issue. “Quality Tops Roofing” fixed a roof leak that my previous roofer could not fix. It has been haunting us for years and now it is fixed, much appreciated. If you are looking for a roofer, I highly recommend “Quality Tops Roofing, Inc”. They have the skill and good customer follow up to do the job

Russel came out and was very professional we discussed several option on what to do to handle erosion issues by adding new guttering and addressed replacing some existing guttering that was aging and leaking. ...Later I asked about modifying the downspout direction from the original agreement. He asked a few questions to make sure he understood the request and agreed with the new approach. Later it the week, he contacted me to notify me, that they had an opening and could start a day earlier than originally planned, a rare occurrence, to my delight. .... The installers arrived as expected ; they were very polite, friendly. and experienced. They did a great job and cleaned up the area. could not tell they were there except for my new great looking gutters. Luigi (the co. owner) came himself with a helper and looked over the roof and the adjuster's report and told us that Mother Nature just finished the job on our old roof. He explained about what "depreciation" really means on roofing insurance damage estimates. It's money the insurance company holds back until completion to be sure the work gets done and the insured doesn't just put the cash in their pocket and leave the roof unrepaired/replaced. We also had two small issues on the roof for repair that we asked if they could take care of while they were up there replacing the roofing.We offered to pay whatever was needed because it was extra. He said that would be no problem and they would include the work in the price for the re-roofing. We wanted to wait until later in the season after most of the storms have gone through and he said that would be fine. After Hurricane Irene went through the East, he phoned and let us know that there would most likely be price increases in the near future due to all the damage from the hurricane causing supply shortages and he would have to do the job soon to be able to do it at the price we had agreed upon. So the day after Labor Day everything was set to go. While they were making one of the "extra" repairs needed, a roof brace was knocked loose to allow the sheeting to lay flat. My husband went up in the attic after they "fixed" the problem and found that now there was a significant part of the roof sheeting that had no bracing under it. When Luigi stopped by during the day, my husband told him about the problem and they went up and he showed Luigi what had happened. Luigi immediately got one of his guys up there and put the bracing back up and also put an additional brace in that area. They also moved a roof turbine for us that we had installed ourselves previously but was not working well due to being on the wrong side of the peak. They did a pretty good job of keeping the mess down to a minimum but somehow managed to break an irreplaceable placque that was right by the front door back in an alcove. I realize that accidents happen but thought that area of the house was safe way back under the roof. Overall, we would give this company a Rating of B Plus and would use them again

ALL THE DOWNSPOUTS WERE FULL OF TAR PAPER, NAILS, AND OTHER ROOFING DEBRIS. ALSO, THE ROOFERS PREVIOUSLY "CLEANED" THE GUTTERS AND LEFT MY GUTTER GUARDS ALL BENT AND MESSED UP. MIGUEL DID HIS USUAL THOROUGH JOB AND ALSO STRAIGHTENED UP THE GUTTER GUARDS WHICH I REALLY APPRECIATE! AS ALWAYS HE LEFT THINGS TIDY AND PUT BACK.
