Reviews in Fort Worth for Installing Gas Lines
Force Home Services
I scheduled on Thursday at 12:42pm online and received two text messages from 8447400800 saying "Your visit with Force Home Services is being processed" and goes on about our service tech will contact you to schedule. I talked with a person on Friday and was told someone would come out at 4pm on the following Wednesday. I had called earlier and was not the nicest person but my appointments where apparently cancelled maybe due to this. I wish I was notified and someone took the time to let me know the company did not want my business. I am not sure if I was too rude or its because of some other reason but cancelling an appointment with out notification seems a bit petty

This is the 3rd time we've hired Legacy Plumbing in about a year. They're fantastic. The electrician we hired to deliver and install the generator said that he's installed a lot of generators and Wayne w/Legacy Plumbing is the 1st plumber he's worked with who knew what he was doing.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
We recently contacted Benjamin Franklin to help with connecting an existing gas line to our warehouse. Larry was sent out to review our requirements and perform a pressure test to check for leaks. Despite the weather conditions, he readily went up on our roof and checked everything out, locating three leaks. The repairs were made quickly and once the gas company came out to turn on the gas service, Larry even came out on a Saturday afternoon to check the system and make sure everything was working properly. He was very professional throughout the whole process and always kept us informed. We couldn't be happier with the service we received or say enough good things about Larry and his customer service. Top notch

This company is awesome. They are always on time and even called to come in early when a previous job finished sooner than expected. From what I can tell, their work is extremely high-quality. They even cleaned up sawdust left after running a gas line. The plumber was very helpful and friendly.

Very professional. Did a good job from beginning to end. Sometimes hard to get a hold of over phone or email, which led to a longer duration to get the work complete - but this was a very complex job to start with. David was very helpful in choosing the right appliances that would fit in the tight counterspace. Overall good experience

Great job. On time. Efficient. His work passed city code inspection. We have also had Dan out to clean a sewer line that was backed up with tree roots. Great person. The best plumber we have ever used.

Air Patrol Air Conditioning
The technician diagnosed one fireplace to have a broken gas line. He said I would need to hire a plumber to repair the line. I did hire a plumber who found that the gas line was fine; all that was necessary was to purchase a longer key to turn on the gas.

Atlas Plumbing Company
Atlas was very upfront with potential expense to do this job. I wanted to run a gas line to hook up my grill too. After discussion I determined that it would be cheaper to buy a new propane grill. Sonny was very helpful and gave me good information. I would trust this plumber with other jobs in the future

Atlas Plumbing Company
Was great. They helped on very short notice as we had a leak that shut us down without much warning, but the leak location and age of piping made replacement the only option. Owner came out personally to inspect and talk to us. Loved the crews he had on the job.
My husband believed he had smelled a very mild whiff of gas in our attic and in the backyard a few times that did go away quickly. We decided to call our regular plumber to have the line checked. They were booked for several days, but they gave us a reference to call Casey Mitchell, owner of A2Z Atomic Plumbing. I called and spoke with Casey, and he promised to call me back within an hour to see how he could fit us into their schedule for the day. True to his word, Casey did call back and told me that he could work us in and would be there in about 90 minutes. Casey and his assistant Dillon arrived just as promised and began their diagnostic procedure. They first checked all gas line connections at the pipe joints in the attic by spraying on soapy water, trying to smell anything as well. They did the same thing outside at the house intake pipe and meter. Since they did not smell anything or see any bubbling results to the soapy water, Casey thought we might be getting some gas from a neighbor. So they also tested the soapy water on at least four of the meters of nearby neighbors. Casey did not see or smell any leaks, but suggested the smell could be from a neighbor's gas service a few houses farther away or could be a decomposing animal in the vicinity. The gas smell could be getting pulled into the attic at the vents depending on the wind. He could do a pressure check on the line, but felt it was not justified at this point. He told us to keep a watch on it. If it the smell got stronger or more frequent, to call him to perform this test. Casey was very friendly, easy to talk to, and extremely thorough and knowledgeable, as was Dillon also. Even though Casey worked us in their schedule, they did not act rushed and spent a great deal of time with us. Casey repeatedly try to assure me that he felt everything was fine and to not worry about anything being dangerously wrong at this point. At first Casey would not take any kind of payment, but we insisted he charge us for his quick response and detailed check of the gas line. Casey then agreed to charge us a flat trip fee of $80. We will definitely call Casey of A2Z Atomic Plumbing for any future plumbing needs
We have used a Duncan Plumbing on several occasions On a recent job we did not get the results desired. Without going into details, we called Mike Duncan, the owner, and explained the problem. After reviewing the entire situation, Mike and his brother spent two days at our house at no additonal charge to make it right. Not every job goes as expected no matter who the service provider is. But when the expected results are not obtained and they return to correct at no charge without any hassle at all, well that is special. For this reason, I highly recommend Duncan Plumbing. Many say they stand behind their work. In this case Duncan plumbing really did even though it cost them all theilr profit and more on this job. This is a family owned business, and they obviously care. We can say that because during all of this we got to know their family including children. Good people. Again, highly recommend Duncan Plumbin
The people who came out were professional, especially Joe Vickery who did all the testing. Prompt, courteous, willing to discuss the problems in detail. We had the leak test ($175) done before the foundation work and found we had a leak. Also had the gas line test ($450?) done on the first visit to save on the hassle of multiple appointments. This was all at my own expense, as sometimes you can find a leak that is causing the foundation problems, and sometimes your insurance will pay for part of the repairs if caused by the leak. After careful consideration of the facts, and discussion with the owner of On-Call and my foundation repair company, I decided to not to try and use insurance, as I was convinced the chances of getting anything were slim, and would also take a long time to work out, and I wanted this done ASAP. We went ahead with the foundation repair, and afterward, had the plumbers came out to do another test at the foundation companies expense- it was built into the contract. Now the leak was worse. Had to have the plumbers come do an isolation test at our expense - about $500.00- and took most of the day. Found the problem was not where I suspected on an exterior wall where the foundation had sunk quite a bit, but rather was in the interior of the house at the washer drain. Looking back, I now realize this could have contributed to the foundation problem, making the center of the house heave up , or at least not settle with the rest of the house due to drought. Still, I can imagine an independant engineer hired from the insurance company would not likely have ruled in my favor. I'm not hung up on it. Moving forward, we had them come do the repairs ($2450 as I recall), which required jackhammering the foundation in the interior of the home where the utility closet is, and digging to get to the broken coupling about 3' down. It was a fairly large hole! I watched them make the repair, and fill the hole, and replace the concrete. they did an excellent job. Next was another static leak test on the sewer line (included) and all was A-OK. I'm torn on rating the pricing. this was expensive and this is not a discount plumber. their prices are in line with others I spoke with. However, the job as done right, no guesswork, no re-work, no additional charges over what was quoted and excellent communication! That said, it was a lot of money, and nobody wants to be out a lot of money. but I'll go ahead and give an "A" on price based on the overall job and how well it went with them, with zero hassle
It was even better, when I made last minute request for a new toilet seat and they had one on the truck and installed right away.Next day, when I called with questions, they talked to me at length on the phone and then came back with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGEas I explained how I had company and really needed the bathroom to be in working order. Would highly recommend and plan to call back in the near future for additional work. Always good to find someone "honest" in our day and time. Thanks guys!!!
The owner, Gary Clark, responded quicky to may call of a backup toilet on the day after Christmas. It took him a while to find the clean out pipe in the yard because it had been covered with landscaping material. He did find and successfully cleared the line from the house to the street. I had previously found roots in a line coming off the guest bathroom and he was able to clear that line as well. He pointed out some water leaking through faulty toilet flappers and replaced. Capped an old gas line that was a potential hazard. Mr. Clark was professional, courteous, and careful to clean and put back everything in order when finished. I would use him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for similar jobs
Wow! I have had plumbers out before from the Yellow Page guys and even though their service was very good; the difference in price was unbelievable. They did more work for less money. I would hire them back in a second. Very impressed--they came immediately, got down to work, polite, and efficient. What more could you want
2nd time I've used him, gets back to you quickly & arrives when he says he will. no nonsense guy whose father was also a plumber- he's been doing this his whole life! I asked him previously about a gas tankless water heater and he gave me his honest opinion- not worth it. He explained that they can't heat the water fast enough, and some of the companies even pay plumbers a commission to recommend & install them! He said NO ONE wants to service them, though! He does, but said he'd stick to a conventional Water heater. Gets the job done fast

What do customers in Fort Worth say about Gas Line Installation?
I needed a gas line installed in my kitchen so I could finally switch from an electric range to gas. I got four bids and one estimate gave me a lower price, but I liked the Cody and Sons rating on Angie's List and I liked Phillip, who came to give me the estimate. He seemed to really know what he was doing and I signed on the spot. We scheduled the work for the Monday following, which was yesterday, and Phillip and Aaron were in and out in three short hours. I could not believe the speed, efficiency, and cleanliness of their work. Also, the owner called on Saturday to confirm they would be here Monday and Phillip called on Monday morning to let me know he was on the way. All these things are very important to me, and I will certainly use them again when I next need a plumber.
