I called Rylan for an estimate for installing a bath exhaust fan. After asking me several questions about my older (1964) home, he said he'd like to stop by to take a look at everything, so he didn't give me an incorrect quote. He stopped by the next day and my husband showed him the bathroom and our attic. He quoted $375, which sounded steep, but he explained the reason for the charge and said it would take three to four hours. I asked if he could schedule the work for Oct. 8, two weeks later, since I was off work that day. He agreed. Rylan showed up on time on Oct. 8, and completed the job as promised and for the amount quoted. He used a huge drop-cloth for my bathroom, since he had to cut a hole in the ceiling and the falling insulation would have made a mess. He was friendly and we chatted as he worked. Rylan is professional and I would not hesitate to hire him again

This was a tough job by anyone’s standard. ElectricMan was very responsive to my call and sent David out to the house to do the work the day after I called. They let me know when he was coming via texts and he was on time, practiced social distancing and after assessing the fan installation as well as the new switch, was able to complete the installation. The fan installation went as planned and required a larger hole for the fan unit. He cut the hole so it would be easy for the drywall to be replaced. As the old exhaust fan (circa 1989) only used four wires, he had to fish two new wires from the new fan unit to the switch so it could operate the additional controls, which was difficult to say the least, but he got it done. The new exhaust fan is operating per manufacturers spec’s and he left the house clean and in good order. What could be better. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with David and ElectricMan. I had used another big-name company for some past electrical work, but no more. I am planning on a couple of other projects for ElectricMan to do the work on and highly recommend them to anyone

They started to work the same day Chris came out for the free estimate. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. They spent several hours running the line through difficult crawl spaces and behind a fireplace to get the line to the kitchen stove. They installed my outdoor light and fixed the ceiling fan in no time. Then, they looked at a problem I was having with occasional blown breakers on one circuit and suggested solutions, which I took. Fernando is a great contractor to work with. He is quick to respond to requests and informative about his work plan/timing, etc. For this job, we needed an existing gate removed and the space filled with fencing. The space is an odd shape and required replacement of a post as well as alignment with an existing elevated fence on a stone wall. The new fence looks great, straight & sturdy. Fernando is also neat about his workspace. He cleans up all of his materials and leaves the area cleaner than he found it. We're happy to have Fernando do work for us

The electrician assessed the area and removed the old fan, then installed the new fan. The electrician seemed irritated when I asked questions about the cost and the installation process, and when I asked him to elaborate on his comments that the original fan had been installed incorrectly. Also, when the assistant asked to use the bathroom, they seemed irritated that I asked that the area be cleaned (wipe down the toilet rim of any urine splatter) if his assistant wanted to use my personal bathroom. It makes me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE when strangers want to come in my home to use the bathroom

Lyrix is very dependable, precise and professional. He is a joy to have in our home. He first did some installation of my kitchen cabinets for another company (lots of assembly required!) before we moved into our home. When it came time to call someone for the hanging of a pot rack, bookshelf and TV, it was a so nice to know just the one I could count on to do a good job. Last fall we purchased a larger TV. We watched as he carefully removed the one he had installed 3 years before and installed this one at the appropriate height, perfectly level. He also moved and I allied that first TV into a bedroom. Then a couple of months later we inherited a buffet that would become our new “TV cabinet”. It was much taller and made it necessary to moved the TV up another 2 feet. We knew just who to call! Once again securely attached and perfectly level. Lyrix also brings with him a great attitude, good conversation and every tool you can imagine for every problem that could arise. We know who to call next time, too, for whatever installation we have

Appointment was scheduled for between 2 and 6 PM did not arrive until after seven PM. Two technicians arrived And each did one project. I did have them come back on the following Monday because the fan in the bedroom was making a noise they corrected the problem.
