Installers were great but they forgot a few of the installation stakes. I have been calling EasyTurf for several weeks with no response. I was given a 15 year guarantee but that is useless when there is no response to my calls.

The grass looks so amazing and it super plush under foot. It make our yard look bigger. Everyone at the Perfect Lawn was so professional and responsive. They had it installed and looking great in no time and went so far as to trim our already existing landscape to look great. They have followed up and and checked on the lawn to make certain they have it manicured perfectly after installation to make certain it settles correctly etc.... First - I love the grass!!!!! It's beautiful and will stay that way. It accomplished less mud tracking as well. The company was professional, friendly, always patient with questions and responded quickly. The product is outstanding and even my neighbors who have rocks in their yard wish they had gone with the artificial grass. The crew that installed the yard were professional and were also very good at answering questions. They even called me regarding an area to ensure we were all on the same page. Their cleanup left my patio, yard and drive way cleaner than when they first arrived! I would highly recommend them

We were tired of cleaning mud off of our dogs during rains and realized that synthetic turf could be the answer. We were in a rush to look into this so we went to SynLawn's show room to look at grass options. Wilfredo Delgado helped us - he was knowledgable, gave us the pros and cons of various turf options, explained the installation process etc. He came the very next day to measure our space and give us a bid. We scheduled the installation for just a few days later. The crew was on time, they were polite, knew their business and worked hard and efficiently. In less than two days our installation was done and looks fabulous. Wilfredo followed up with us the next day. I had a few maintenance questions which he promptly answered. Only time will tell as to whether the grass holds up as advertised, but right now we are very pleased and so are the dogs. At Wilfredo's recommendation Zeofill was used to control odor and now a month into our installation - no odors. Wish we had done this years ago

I would enthusiastically recommend this company. Great value , quality product, and excellent customer service! After adopting an Old English Sheepdog with enormous feet, my back yard was trampled to death. I resodded, to no avail. My house floors were a filthy mess. Then I came across an article about The Perfect Lawn of North Texas. I was thrilled when I got a live person instead of a recorder when I called. The exceptional customer service continued, because within 48 hours I had an estimator on site. They really know their product. The estimator (rightly) persuaded me to go with the pet friendly turf instead of the St Augustine I originally wanted, even though the cost was the same. Said the dogs would prefer it (they do) and that it would last longer. The estimate was within pennies of the final bill, no surprises. In spite of the fact the installers had to work around a paver path and a 30 year old oak in the middle of the year. The installers called before arriving and arrived 15 minutes early each day to stage materials. Due to forecasted rain, they expedited the installation, working late at no cost to me. The owner called the day and the week after installation to ensure I was satisfied. The turf cleans with water and is absolutely gorgeous. My friends do not believe it's artificial -- it's truly a perfect lawn

It took them 4 days to return our initial phone call. By then we had bids from two other firms and had already accepted one. I wouldn't hire a company that takes that long to return a phone call. Perhaps something has changed.

Texas Turf and Curb
Texas Turf and Curb did a fantastic job in our backyard! We have been struggling to grow grass in our yard since we have a large pecan tree and finally decided it was time to install turf. Texas Turf and Curb was extremely professional from start to finish and I couldn’t be more happy about our finished backyard! We also decided to add concrete curbing to our flowerbeds and with the contrast of the turf it looks great! If you are in the market for turf or curbing definitely give Texas Turf and Curb a call

Greenview Lawn and Landscape
I cannot recommend this company enough. They all did fantastic work and were such a pleasure to work with. We did tree removal, new retaining walls, artificial turf, new sod, flowerbeds, river rock, new sprinklers, new fence, pool deck paint, and they reinstalled our existing deck railing that was about to fail (built by others). They turned a space we didn’t like into something we couldn’t be more proud of!

Mike Riley's Landscaping
My wife hired Mike Riley to perform work on our house. He started off by replacing the grass in the front yard and replacing the walkway to the front door. His crew does things in a backwards manner. After the grass was installed, he had his crew come out and installed sprinklers. I would think the sprinklers would be installed prior to the grass. The front walkway was made out of poured concrete. The concrete has some screws embedded into it. One portion even had a piece of wood wedged into it. Next, Mike's crew installed artificial turf by the side of the house. This was poorly done. The seams are clearly visible, and the turf panels were installed in different directions, leading the turf to have different colors. When asked about this, he said the turf needs time to expand and contract with an average installation time of 4 months. Next, he replaced the deck and coping around my pool. The deck was replaced with tile. The tile grout lines are not square with some areas having large gaps. I had multiple water features which were tiled over or covered with dirt. Also, some areas of tile were uneven, leading to the accumulation of water in low spots instead of leading to some pre-existing drains located around the deck. When asked about this, he said he would fix it... after he refinished the pool. Lastly, he refinished the pool. The plaster used to refinish the pool was not the same as the one picked by my wife. When I asked him to provide the invoice for this work, he refused to hand it over. In my opinion, Mike Riley is a landscaper only by his self-proclaimed title. My only regret is that I did not get involved in this project in time. After I detailed these deficiencies to Mike, he has stopped responding to any of my messages

The design and work product of Texas Oasis is truly outstanding. Thomas Foraker came to our house listened to our ideas and came back with a detailed drawing and quotation. The company has excellent design skills. I called him on several occasions during the remodeling process to fine tune details of the plan. He was always reachable or returned my calls promptly. His workers always showed up when they were supposed to and were skilled at their jobs plus the project was completed on schedule. The value received for the price was excellent. The Perfect Lawn of North Texas
I know this was a tiny job for them but Lil was very responsive to all my requests and answered all my questions. They showed up on time and completed the job in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and when I got home from work I had a brand new lawn. My dog loves the yard! All of the bugs and ants that were living in my yard are completely gone. I can't say enough good things about the customer service I experienced. One of the owners showed up during the middle of the job to check on the progress and make sure I was happy with how things were going. This company really shined a few weeks later when my neighbor had foundation issues and without my permission tore up my new grass in order dig under their home. Lil worked with me and all parties involved to resolve the issues and repair the damaged grass. Once again, not only did the crew show up on time to make the repairs but one of the owners came by after to make sure everything was done correctly and that I was happy. The Perfect Lawn was not the cheapest quote I received but it was definitely worth the little extra money for the excellent service I received even for my small job. They definitely have a customer for life and I will use them again

Matt and his crew did a great job of adding artificial turf to our backyard. We had a few challenges that they handled very well. One of which was having to fix part of what they had already done because ONCOR came and removed a steel box. No complaints to talk of up charging, just made it better! The other large challenge was having to cart off all the rock that was covering a large part of it. Again, no complaining, just got it done. This was a very boring, tedious job. First I wanted them to pull the weeds from some flowerbeds. It was mostly grass that had pushed it's way under the weedblock fabric and through a thin layer of mulch. The main task, though, was removing Bermuda grass from a somewhat new Zoysia lawn. A little over a year ago I had the entire yard ripped-out and replaced with fresh Zeon Zoysia sod. At the same time, I had them install subsurface drip irrigation under the entire lawn. For some reason, I expected them to remove the old lawn using a sod cutter. Instead, they used a tiller, rakes and hoes. This mostly worked fine, but in one large section of the yard, there must have been lots of bermuda left under the new sod. It wasn't until earlier this summer that I saw some of the old grass trying to regain some of it's turf, so to speak... I removed some by hand, but didn't have the time to keep up with it. I'm pretty certain that as the zoysia gets more established that it'll choke out the bermuda. Anyway, Wilson sent over 3 guys who spent a few hours pulling out the bermuda by hand and it looks great. The "deal" was for 6 man-hours of work, but I'm pretty sure they put in a bit more than that

I have a 4 year old house that had some serious landscaping issues mainly due to shaded areas, and tough grading situations. I've been trying to address the issues ever since we moved in 4 years ago. I saw Keane Landscaping truck and decided to give them a call. Stephen came out to review the situation and I shared what we were wanting to accomplish. He came back with an outstanding plan that closely matched what we wanted and addressed all the tough situations around the pool, foundations, and shaded areas. We were highly impressed with their knowledge of landscaping, what is suitable for which situations and conditions, something we needed after years to trying to do this on our own. Price quoted was reasonable, but a large investment. Stephen one of his best teams on the job. We were unsure how it would turn out...they finished 90% of the work in two days. The result is an amazing backyard with trees, flowerbeds, stone retaining walls, that has given a completely new look, one that looks gorgeous!! We are thrilled! Lupe and his team did a wonderful job. They all worked hard, cleaned up regularly, accommodated some minor changes we proposed along the way, and it all turned out beyond our expectation! We had live oaks with no hope of growing a good lawn in our back yard. When we realized the cost of resodding the past few years had exceeded the cost of artificial turf ,we decided to make the move to artificial turf. Jason Waller and his crew at Synthetic Grass Pros did an exceptional job of 1) answering all our questions, 2) installing our artificial turn and 3) following up when we needed their help to coordinate with some landscaping changes we made later. As an architect, I needed to know a lot about the different qualities and specifications of the different turf choices available. Jason got us spec sheets from different manufactures they use and answered all questions responsively and well. The crew that came to install were professional, efficient and did a great installation. Big crew, all well coordinated and trained, good equipment. When we needed their help on late notice "same day" to coordinate with a garden landscaper a couple months later and their crews were tied up, Jason found a helper and came himself to do what we needed that day. I waited a while after our installation earlier this year before writing this review to see how the turf would hold up. Our artificial turf has been in for nearly five months now and it's working great. Our dogs love it, we love it, friends and neighbors have all been amazed at what a difference it's made in the look of our backyard.
