Recent Review: The Scott Roofing crew was great. I used them before for two smaller jobs (patching a hole that raccoons created, and replaced a broken skylight) and was pleased so I thought I would ask them to replace our entire roof. The work started shortly after I signed the contract. The crew showed up promptly both days, and worked quickly and efficiently. They did a great job cleaning up. A week later and I still haven't found any errant nails in the yard. The carpentry work was completed two days later. Their attention to detail was great (the satellite dish was even aimed back for perfect reception when they were done). I hope I don't have to replace the roof again while we're in this house, but I would certainly call Patrick at Scott Roofing if I ever need to.

Recent Review: I worked with Ken Dunn. He was very thorough in explaining every step of the installation and responsive to all my questions. Easy to work with and even scheduled me early so I could have it all done before closing. The new roof looks great!

Recent Review: My husband and I purchased our home in March 2011. Foundation and Concrete Services did the foundation work/repair on our home prior to our purchase of it. We have been working with Joaquin, the owner of the company since then on various issues unrelated to any work he initially performed on the home prior to us buying it. He advised us on resolving drainage issues and brought a few of his men to our property to perform the small job. When it was discovered that our garage flooring was not up to par structurally (work that he didn't perform), Joaquin knew immediately what the issue was. We basically had to have a new garage floor installed and additional beams had to be placed underneath our home. He was very pro-active in getting an engineer to draw up the plans for the work he was to perform. He gave us a detailed estimate and contract, answered any questions or concerns we had and corresponded with us in a timely manner. The job Joaquin performed was very extensive, complicated and labor intensive. It's clear he can do the small AND big jobs. Joaquin is very knowledgeable when it comes to foundation repairs. His prices for labor and materials are extremely reasonable as I know that from doing my research and calling other companies. Joaquin's workers are very nice and pleasant. We had 2 or 3 workers at our home for about a month and they cleaned up their worksite when the job was complete. My husband and I are very happy with the work that was performed and the service we received. I definitely recommend this company to anyone that wants a reliable, professional, and affordable foundation repair company.

Recent Review: The best company I have ever worked with. Aaron Nicholson was an extreme pleasure to deal with. As Legends Roofing's V.P. of Sales and Service, he made certain that I always knew exactly what was going to happen and when it would happen. The roofers replaced my roof in a single day and cleaned up the work site so that you never even knew they were there. The garage door installers did a great job as well as the gutter replacement team. All told, I could not have asked for a better experience. Aaron's recommendation to upgrade to Class IV shingles helped me save a significant percentage on my home owner's annual insurance premium.

Recent Review: Peak Roofing did a great job helping me to replace the roof after the hailstorm and wind damage. Special thanks to Geen Smith for walking me thru every step of the process - from initial visit of the insurance adjuster (and making sure their report included every damage I had), selecting the right shingle color, calculating the proper amount of attic vents, and all the way thru final roof & gutters installation. All work was done on time using quality materials and 10 year warranty from the local company I could trust is amazing. Would definitely recommend Peak Roofing to my friends and neighbors.

Recent Review: I chose Foster Exteriors to redo our roof because I was very happy with the work they did when they replaced our windows. I did not get any other estimates because I felt the price Lynn quoted was reasonable. Lynn Foster and his crew are very easy to work with, show up as scheduled, and show respect for the property where they work. I was concerned that nails or shingles might end up in our swimming pool, but none did. We are happy with our new roof and the quality of the work done.

Recent Review: It was pleasure and a very professional experience to work with James / Secure Roofing on the work that needed to be done to re-shingle my entire roof and install new gutters. From the original quote to scheduling for the job to obtaining regular updates as the work was being done James was exceptional with regards to communication and attention to detail. He even communicated directly with the plumber that was working on my house as we needed to install an extra vent. I wish James and Secure Roofing the very best and hope that more companies will perform just as they did on this job.

Recent Review: Jesse and his crew were awesome. Before the date to start the siding we were having a leak and he came by and fixed some rotted wood until he could do our job. He was prompt every morning and finished the job a few day earlier than estimated. He even changed out an exterior light with one easier to change bulbs and that looks much better. He also replaced all the vents even the ones not on the siding to match the siding and he replaced our doorbell with a lighted one. The siding, trim and gutters are beautiful and we are so happy we choose Jessie and Affordable Siding to do our home. We would definately use him again. We will call him when we are ready to replace our windows
