Fort Worth Garage Door Insulation

They arrived on time worked very quickly, but did a sloppy job on the garage door insulation and never returned or called to complete job as promised. They returned and glued the insulation to the garage door and added outlet insulation. Warning never pay in full until entire job is complete. I am waiting for them to return today to reinstall or replace a wind turbine that squeaks. Will update review on completion.

The spring broke on an insulated garage door. They were able to respond quickly on a Saturday night. Great work.

Both times my call was answered promptly and courteously. Very reasonable dates were scheduled and the appointments were kept as committed. Ryan was the technician on both calls. I was so impressed with the quality and professionalism of his work on the first call, that I was pleased when he arrived to install the insulation kit. I will use FCD again this spring when I have the gasket around the door replaced.

Ok. The door was installed by a sub contactor, however, he did an excellent job, the only gripe I have wth them is when I called a few months later looking for a roller for another door they never returned my call. I eventually bought one at Elkins Hardware in Saginaw and installed it myself. I may or may mot use them again. Today, service means NOTHING!!!!!!

Two men arrived within 10 minutes of scheduled time. Deal was $99 for insulation of 2 exterior doors and two windows. Told them that I didn't want the windows service and they agreed to do 4 exterior doors instead. They then proceeded to adjust door fit for proper closing and applied frame insulation as necessary to prevent air leakage to the four doors I designated. I have five exterior doors which is one more than covered by the deal and they agreed to do the additional door for $60 more. Thought that was unexpectedly high but wanted it done and since they had done a good job on the other four doors, I agreed to the price. It is now about 2 weeks later and I am still happy with the results.

I got home Thursday evening around 6 and could not get my garage door to lower. I called Plano Overhead Garage Door expecting to leave a message, but was delighted that someone answered the phone at that hour. He said he could have someone at my home between 8 and 8:30 Friday morning. I did not get the man's name that came, but he was polite, professional and informative. We discussed the issues I have been having with the door and I decided to get a new door. He did not have a door with him, but said I did not have to stay home waiting on the new door to arrive. I left for work and when I got home I had a beautiful insulated door fully installed. I have used Plano Overhead Garage Door for many years and so have my family and friends. They are fantastic!

We bought the Angie's deal for garage door insulation. Todd called us back the same day to make arrangements to do the work. He came out within the next couple of days & did the work. He also did an inspection to determine where we could improve the flow of heat from our house. He told us we could use 14 soffit vents & an attic tent to improve circulation. We considered the offer overnight & told him the next day we would allow the recommended work. Todd is very friendly & he seems to know his stuff. He was always punctual, & happy. He was very professional & quick. The only minor complaint we have is he didn't sweep up his mess in the back yard after cutting the soffit vents. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others, & in fact I already have recommended him to my neighbor.

The door insulation went well and the services techs are very nice, after the installation is done it was fine. However after 24 hours the insulation have came off into the door and now my door can't even close. I called and called even called the owner with no one answering. If any climate doctors people see this please give me a number so i can get in touch with you guys. my door have not been properly shut for 7 days.

They came out and measured door. Gave us all information we needed to make a decision. They were always on time and very professional . They installed the door and were very friendly and efficient. Would definitely use them again and will recommend them to all my friends. .

The owner, Terry Beech, helped with selection of custom insulated garage door that they special ordered. Performed very professional installation that was carefully done while I watched. Very pleased with the entire job. Easy to work with and installer was excellent.
