Great. Wonderful job and a great looking ramp. It looks more like a deck than a ramp and they did it without blueprints. Very pleased.

Steven gave us a great bid. Realizing that he definitely under bidded the project he never took short cuts to make up for the money he had lost. His quality of work is nothing far from perfect. He is a great welder and had never done a porch before. We appreciate all his time and effort he had instilled into the project. We will definitely look for him in the future for more future projects. Very friendly and punctual. His worth ethic is incomparable. High quality of work. Simply amazing

Wyatt and his brother did a great job with our deck in our small backyard. I live in an urban townhome where access to the backyard is limited. They are very careful hailing material in and out of the house without making a single mark. My deck is about 20'x10' with cedar wood. They did it in two and half days with beautiful craft. The deck is strong and exactly what we imagined. I found them on TREX website as their preferred contractor, but we ended up doing a cedar deck which turned out just as great. I would recommend Wyatt and his brother to anyone

Did a very good job installing and staining a 14 x 22 pressure treated wood deck. I got 4 other bids but Dockmaster's was competitive and working with John seemed like the best fit.

Had the pleasure of working with Randal on a pool remodel job where he removed and replaced wood deck panels so that the work on the pool could be performed. He went further to help the homeowner replace the wood deck framing that had sustained years of rot and was falling apart. He even ended up doing some concrete work for us by the end of the process. It turned out awesome. He is very versatile and a phenomenal person to work with

They did an absolutely beautiful job building a composite deck in our backyard. The men who built it were very nice and talented craftsmen. We are enjoying the deck and look forward to not having to maintain it. We would definitely hire them again!

They were very professional, they went well beyond my expectations. They were very detail oriented, delivered on time and got it done when they said they would. They were very helpful with everything. I wasn't able to be there most of the time they were building and they did a great job at communicating with me to make sure it got done how I wanted it. Got it done effectively and efficiently. I can't say enough about Blanchard Construction

Father & Sons Construction

Mr. Gunderson was very meticulous in planning this project and installing the ramp so that my wife and her walker can readily approach the doorway from any angle. He selected and installed a new threshold with a much lower height to help minimize the angle of rise necessary for the ramp, about 4". His sons did the concrete work necessary on each side of the ramp to provide a smooth gradual incline. Their work was top-notch! I had thought of doing this project myself and saving the money. Having observed the attention to detail they gave and the quality of their work, I am very glad I didn't try to do this on my own. The price quoted was for labor, not materials. I ordered the ramp online and reimbursed him for his material purchases

Bantex Construction Inc

I was originally going to install the deck myself but as I stated in my previous review of Bantex Construction, because of the savings I received from the installation of a patio cover, I was able to have them install my deck. After consulting with Terry on design and materials costs, we decided to use treated lumber for the construction and surface to keep costs to a minimum. Thanks to some luck with his busy schedule, Terry was able to start my deck almost immediately. Bob and his crew of "merry men" almost completed the job in one day. And as I stated prior, Bob and crew kept the work area clean and picked-up debris as they went along. As before, Terry called to check on the progress and Bob was the consummate professional. The job was completed before noon the next day. Terry called again to make sure I was satisfied with the project before Bob and crew left. When Terry came out to give me the final bill and inspect the job, he even made sure that I was completely satisfied with the price. Because as most contractors, he works on a cost plus basis. He met the estimate and I couldn't have been more pleased. I would recommend to anyone to give Bantex Construction a chance

Brad did an excellent job communicating with me and the crew. He visited several times to make sure everything was going as planned. The workers were polite and did well even with all this rain.
Tommy is very nice to do business with. The crew performing the work was courteous too. I had requested the deck to be completed in one day, but between the weather and the fact that they started a bit late in the day, they had to come the next day to finish installation. On the second day they realized they were short of material to finish the trim, but the bulk of the job was completed. The next day was Sunday and they did not work. They finally finished on the third day. They hauled away some debris unrelated to the project at my request and that was nice of them. But they backed their vehicle and trailer into my front yard even though I asked them not to because they might break one of the sprinkler heads. At least they managed not to break any sprinkler heads after all, but I wish they had paid more attention in the first place. The new deck looks good, but it is not perfect. I recognize I am a bit of a perfectionist, particularly when paying this much money for a deck. I can live with it
Excellent . The installers removed and hauled away old fence, replaced metal poles as needed and installed new cedar fence. The new fence was well leveled and aligned. Excellent work, fast and the cost was within the range of other quotes received for the install.

IThomas Handy Man was everything and more than I had expected! He showed up on time and after we discussed what I wanted done he was ready and went to work. I showed him the flagstone that needed to be removed from my backyard. They immediately went to work and I was amazed at how organized and professional they were!! They cleaned up the area after they were finished; they were within the initial budget dicussed and were the most professional men I've ever worked with. They also cleaned out the gutters which were filled with debrie! I had not even noticed it, so I was definitely glad that they pointed that out to me! My only concern now is that they are so GOOD that I'm afraid they'll be too busy to help me again!!!! Again, thank you for hiring such capable personel!!!
I have a unique and problematic sunroom that I had fixed 3 different times by 3 different companies in the last 10 years. When it recently started leaking again, I found Quick Roofing. I am so happy I found them. They took the time to examine the roof and after some planning, installed a new roof that far exceeded my expectations. They thought outside-the-box to insure that my leaks were stopped for good. Not only is their work superior, but their personnel who worked on my roof (Russ and his crew members Eric and Carlos) are really friendly and really seemed to care about solving my problem. And their total price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Quick Roofing North Fort Worth, LLC as the first call you make when considering roof repairs or replacement
First thing to say, I really liked JC Hill, the contractor. He's just a laid back kind of guy with a good sense of humor and bad knees. Easy to talk to and understood what I wanted done. That's why I hired him. Secondly, for the most part I like the finished product a lot. They were very fast. The remodel only took about 3 weeks total once they got started, which was way faster than I imagined it would take. Now, the problems. Some things were done badly. The people he had working for him, while very nice, didn't know how to work with wood. Any wood they finished or refinished was badly done. I had them touch up some interior doors and they look worse now than they did before. I also had them replace the bifold doors leading into the laundry area and they installed doors that were and look cheap. In the course of the remodel new baseboards had to be installed. I didn't realize until after they were all installed that the new ones aren't even wood. They're some kind of pressboard. The day after they left I was hanging a key caddy on the wall and it fell and put a hole in the baseboard. I thought what? and then picked up the piece that fell out and it was just like cardboard. I was stunned. The light fixture in the kitchen was hung at least 6 to 12 inches too high. It looks ridiculous. Several pieces of the backsplash tile on the stove side of the kitchen are cracked. Why would they install cracked tile? The backsplash tile on the sink side of the kitchen looks like a child installed it. Some tiles stick out and some are sunk in. No smoothness to the surface at all. When I pointed it out to the sub, he said he'd fix it and the result was even worse. The ceiling in the back hall and the laundry area, while painted, looks terrible. Again, I think a child could have done a better job and they put the old dirty a/c vent back up without even painting it. I had to go around and do a lot of the touch up painting myself, which I didn't mind so much but sheesh. I called JC and he came out and looked at the problems. He just shook his head when he saw the backsplash area but said it couldn't be fixed. The tiles are all set. (I don't believe it can't be fixed. It would just be a major, expensive fix and he doesn't want to do it.) He said he'd fix the staining and varnishing of the doors, replace the baseboards with wood and have the light fixture lowered. He said he'd have another of his contractors call me and the work shouldn't take more than a day. Time went by and no call. I called JC again and he told me the guy had been really busy on another job but that he was finishing up and would call me. Time went by and again no call. So I called JC again and again he came up with some excuse but for sure now the guy would call and come out. More time went by. We're talking not days here, but weeks. This is now at least 4 weeks out from when he was here and said he'd have it fixed. I called him a 4th time and this time his connection was so bad I couldn't understand him. I gave up. I told him I wouldn't call again. So, now I'm stuck with living with an expensive remodel that looks bad and needs fixing or hiring someone else to fix things I already paid JC for. If you hire him, do NOT give him his final payment until at least a week or two after the final work is done. This will give you time to really look things over and make sure they were done correctly and to your satisfaction. Afterall, you're paying for it. All the above ratings would have been all A's and B's if he had just had things done correctly or fixed the problems. UPDATE 9/17/14: About two weeks after I made this post, JC called me and told me he had been out of the country but he was back now and he had a subcontractor free who could come and help fix things. The guy and his assistant came (nice guys btw) and worked for about two weeks on fixing things. They lowered the light in the kitchen to the proper height, they replaced the baseboards with actual wooden ones, they did their best fixing the backsplash problem. (It's very difficult to replace individual tiles in a backsplash but they did really a pretty good job). The doors leading from the kitchen to the garage and from the kitchen to a bedroom were also replaced (at my expense) as well as the bifold door in front of the laundry area. I would rate the fact that after all this time someone did come and try to fix things as an "A" rating. However, all the above problems did happen and people should be aware of them and because of them I'm leaving the above ratings as I first had them. Two more things to say: First everyone who worked for this company that I had any contact with were really nice people. Easy to talk to and easy to have in your home. Secondly, read your contract. If there is something you don't understand or seems like a gray area, talk it out with JC and have the contract written in a way that you both understand exactly what each point means. He was very good to me on that and I'm glad I did because there were a few areas that would have been problematic if I hadn't had it clarified
Working with Jonathan was a pleasant experience. He was on time and a clear communicator. I have a house that I need some work sone on but I couldn't be there when he needed to come in. I felt comfortable to give him a key and let him do the work at a good time for his schedule and had no issues. Jonathan lives in the community and is great to have as an "on call" handyman. He was able to fit in my projects just a few days after we first met. He sent me pictures of the work that he completed. Excellent work, fair prices, trustworthy and great to work with. I highly recommend him, especially for the little elm/ frisco/ colony area

We could not be any happier with the work that was done and the process around it. I got 5 bids prior to deciding to go with Texas Best Stain's bid. Rocky came out the same day that I called to review the work we wanted done and I had a fully detailed out bid within 24 hours. It took a while to get all the other companies to come out and get the bids and we found Texas Best Stain had very competitive pricing and a great warranty on their work. Once we decided to go with Texas Best Stain, the project kicked off quickly and outside of weather delays (can't do much about rain, sleet and ice when you are working on a project outdoors) the process was very smooth and the finished products are awesome. We are extremely happy with the new fence, stain color and the new flagstone patio area and we have already referred Rocky to friends that were looking to get a new fence as well. We will definitely continue to refer Texas Best Stain to any friends that need work done on their fence or patio areas
