A Plus Furniture Assembly

I am very pleased to have found Richard on Angie's List and will definitely be calling on him again. I found him to be thoroughly knowledgeable and informative about gazebo anchoring. He was neat, tidy, professional, reasonably priced and true to his word on the quote. The price he quoted is the price I paid. This is not always the case. A few months ago I had been looking for someone to assemble a hardtop gazebo -- a very heavy gazebo whose roof had to be assembled on the ground and then hoisted whole upon the support structure. The owners manual said it would take 6 - 8 people. Richard began questioning me , not about the roof, but about the anchoring of it, and after a long conversation, he talked me out of it. He said if it were his, he would not do it because of the the way it was supposed to be anchored. Anyway, he quoted me $330 for that hardtop -- my lowest quote before Richard had been over $800, and most people simply refused to call me back. I believed what he told me more than I did the other people too. Anyway, I liked him so much I saved his name, and today he installed my soft top gazebo. I am very happy with all parts of his service, and will definitely be calling him again!! Great Job! Thanks Richard!

The project went very well. We showed them a picture of what we wanted and they were able to recreate it and even make it better. The detail is amazing. They even went back and restained our fence to match the gazebo perfectly. We are very happy with how it turned out. They also did electrical for the gazebo and cedar cabinets to cover the flat screen tv.

The roofing job was a joke. It was completed by 2 college kids who had NEVER shingled a roof before. The contractor would not make good on his job so we went to small claims court and I sued for $3400.00. I won my suit but Mr. Airis is delinquent and in contempt of court for NOT paying what the court has awarded me. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!!

They did a great job. Everything looks great and the gazebo looks amazing. The drainage pipe is finally working to keep water out of the gazebo. Xtreme has done many various jobs for me (even putting up Christmas lights) and has always done a fabulous job. They are dependable and great at customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for any job.

Mr QuickFix
5.0
Jay was/is amazing. He asked for a review, but I'm a little reluctant to give it, because I want to have him available all the time! I chose him purely based on the number of reviews for handymen on Angie's List. On reading a few very positive ones, he seemed perfect for the task at hand. I called him and explained the issue; he, in turn, asked for some photographs of the damage and came back to me within 24 hours with a quotation, which seemed very fair to me. He texted me before arriving pretty much on time. He was equipped with all the tools required to complete the job and, from the way he approached the work, it was obvious he knew what he was doing. On looking at the work needing to be done, he told me that it was a bigger job than he anticipated and that he would be charging me more. Given that it was impossible from the photographs submitted to ascertain the full extent of the work, I was expecting something like that, so I readily agreed. Judging by what he charged me, he charges by the time spent on the project, which to me seemed entirely appropriate. He completed both tasks (replacing rotten wood and hanging a new fan) in about 2 hours. He went over and beyond what I expected by, for example, insisting on placing grouting around all the (outdoor) connections, something I hadn't even thought of. He made sure that I was happy and tidied up appropriately. He was quite happy to be paid by Venmo or Zelle; I was having problems connecting to them, so he just asked me to pay him as soon as I got past the glitches, and left. I received confirmation of receipt to electronic payment just about instantly. I am very happy with his work ethic and attention to detail. I thought his pricing was very reasonable for the time spent and the fact that I simply didn't have the resources to complete the job myself. I cannot recommend Mr QuickFix highly enough! Jay was a pleasure to deal with and did a great job. If I have any projects in the future, I will call him without thinking, so, to me, he's a valuable source to have contact with.

New Creation Construction LLC

Very well. Chris showed up promptly and we certainly got a full day of hard work in assembling the gazebo in the hot sun. The gazebo came in 3 large boxes and we sorted all the parts (literally hundreds of piece parts) in a logical fashion and methodically worked our way through the assembly sequence. The hardest part was to drill and install the anchors into the cement. This took nearly 2 hours to do properly and required 1 run back to Home Depot to purchase 4 additional anchors. But the care and patience to get those anchors mounted properly was well worth the effort as we are confident that the structure will withstand the wind forces it was designed for. I worked side by side with Chris all day. He was very professional and worked diligently to make sure we got the job done not only right, but also in the time we had alotted. Highly recommend their services!

Four Season Lawn Care

Four Seasons is the best! I used them to remove several small trees, wisteria from a gazebo and a porch, and several overgrown bushes in June. Other lawn service companies estimates were $500 - $600. Mr. Flores did a wonderful job. I was impressed with the work done and hired him to mow and edge.

My first deal with tj was great, I only had great things to say. However, on my second job which he added additonal flagstone to the original flagstone he laid, he was no responsive, did a poor poor job, not happy at all with work was so happy to have them out of my yard. He subcontracted the bbq gazebo and that was perfect. When the guy called and said he would be here at 7am, he was here at 6:58am ( i love it) when he said he would be back to bolt it to the ground, he was there, did his job professionally and left,he was great.
