They were very responsive. We have just built a house but our HVAC installer neglected to cover the ductwork during construction. They were very clear about what they could do and what they could not do for me and performed exactly what they said they would. My ducts are very clean now! Just wish I could have caught them during one of their specials since the price would have been 30-40% cheaper

The over all duct replacement went fine and the older technician that came out has alot of experience. Only downside is that the job ran two days longer than promised, partly because it was a tedious metal ductwork that was involved and there wasn't enough people dedicated to the job in my opinion. I also requested additional Maintenance to my AC unit .. those services were performed satisfactorily, just keep in mind that Air Quality subcontracted out the AC work to another company. I believe their main service is duct work and various air quality related services. Towards the end of the ductwork replacement a 5 foot portion of my ceiling caved in. They agreed to repair it but I wasn't too happy with how it was repaired considering the technician patched it with wood pieces lying around and spackling it.. it looked shoody and un stable. I decided to spend extra money on another handyman to replace the ceiling damage with a proper sheetrock panel. I also spent several weeks leaving voicemails with Air Quality regarding scheduling someone to come and finish the ceiling repair and did not receive a reply for a long time. Overall the duct replacement went fine but just not happy with certain aspects of the job

Terrible deceitful company - only wanted to upsell and charge me more. The ads are a bait and switch and it is unlikely your ducts would get as clean as the pictures show in the ad for $9 vent. To get that clean you almost always need the rotary brush with Hepa vac. However that is not what you get for $9. The rotary brush with Hepa Vac is actually $30 dollars a vent. Then they push sanitizer for another $150 dollars and also a UV light on my brand new AC. These are generally joke additions that they make sound so important and then they try to bully you into accepting their BS. Fortunately, as scientist and medical professional I know the actual science. Currently the EPA has not approved sanitizer for ductwork! "At this time, the EPA has not accepted any disinfectant, sanitizer or fungicidal products for use in the ductwork of HVAC systems." This is from the white paper by the National Air Duct Cleaners Association and I would encourage everyone to visit this site before this company comes to your house. Don't let people bully you into unapproved chemicals and add-ons with their BS. I also requested the free air flow test to check for leaks in the ductwork. This was important to me. Imagine my shock and surprise when the tech did the free air flow test by putting his hand up to one vent and then saying "its good." That was the very scientific free air flow test! LOL. I was so mad I almost burst. That proved to me this company was a joke and only out for the money. They insisted they finish the estimate. On the phone I was told $30/vent for 10 vents = $300. But they insisted on adding the unapproved EPA sanitizer for another $150 so my total was $450 which is now $45 dollars a vent. The sanitizer is like the liquor where restaurants make the big money. No wonder they insisted it had to be added and attempted their bully techniques to make me pay. Unfortunately for them it only made me so mad for wasting my time that I wrote this review to warn everyone I can about my terrible experience with this company. I am also filing a complaint with the FTC and BBB

They arrived late for the appointment without calling. I called the office to hear they were running late due to an emergency. All went well after they showed up. They explained the process before starting the work. They removed all the air duct vents and cleaned them, cleaned the air ducts and sanitized. When they are were done they replaced the air duct vents and vacuumed any dust from the floors. Overall, I am happy with the service

They probably saved me from a health hazard when they did a free inspection the AC unit and discovered mildew and mold. Antonio did a thorough job of cleaning the Unit and installing the UV lamp. The workmanship is professional and clean. They even honored my request for a discount since the cost of cleaning the Unit and sanitizing is more. Jeorge and Lee were the best. Years of Bamboo had grown around my AC and it was tilting the entire unit and bamboo was growing into the copper piping. They moved the entire AC unit for me to a much better location and even helped with removing the bamboo. They went way above and beyond by saving my AC unit and they saved me a bunch of money and worry. Not a big reviewer but they deserved my praise and a huge thank you for a very unusual AC job
