Excellent. Best experience hiring a technician who was professional, knowledgeable, capable, patient, and thorough. Refrigerator was blinking temp problem. Temp was at 65 degrees. Tried re-start after shutting breaker. Dropped temp to 61, but wouldn't go lower. Called TH Factory Service at 3 PM.

Excellent. When I first made the request for the appointment, I got a call from the office as well as from the technician (who is the owner). They told us within a 2hr window when would be here. Called when they were on their way, got tied up due to the rain, called to let us know would be few minutes later. Wore masks the entire time they were here, which was really reassuring, since we had to have the repair done. Did great job, very friendly, quick, personable, price was very reasonable! They also answer the phone if you call them later with a question. The office person was great also, she was friendly, helpful, and really a pleasure to talk with. They met all their commitments and I would DEFINITELY use them again

After arriving home, on a Sunday afternoon, with water on the floor and the refrigerator not cooling and the freezer totally defrosted we set about trying to find a reliable repairman. We were afraid that we would have to replace the refrigerator even though it was only 5 years old. Then I remembered that we had signed up with Angie's List a few months before. After checking out a couple of other appliance repair shops I went with Appliance Wizard because all of his reviews were so good. I called at 9:10am and spoke with Scott who seemed to know immediately what the problem may be with our KitchenAid Superba refrigerator. He said he would be there within an hour. He was there within 30 minutes; was polite and friendly yet wasted no time in getting started. Like all home owners we self diagnosed the problem as being the compressor. He told us he would check that but did not feel that was the problem. He said that this make typically has a problem with a relay. After checking the compressor, then the relay, he confirmed that it was the relay. Within an hour from start to finish he had fixed it and it worked like a charm. He also advised us that this refrigerator was great and worth fixing even if the compressor went bad. Scott was great! I am so happy to have found him. Now I am giving his name and Angie's List web site to all my friends! Wow. I am sold. We will definitely continue using Angie's List for all needs. Well worth the small monthly investment

great experience. Jose called me a few minutes later I asked for a quote. Explained what he can do and cannot do. I later call to schedule an appointment. He arrived on time, and communicate with me upfront. Very nice and polite guy. He recommended a repair and sent me a quote for parts and labor the same day. He also checked my washer for a small leak and did a temp repair that hopefully will hold for some time, but he also gave me an estimate to fix it permanently. Once he got a part for the fridge (water tank assembly), he came a few days later to install it. I appreciated his punctuality, communication and professionalism and won't hesitate to contact him in future

Another company wanted to charge me over $1200,00 to fix my broken ice machine and do an overall cleaning. After I sent them away, I called AAA and they came the promptly the next day. In short, They serviced my Sub Zero , cleaned it , checked all systems and unclogged my ice maker that wasn't broken afterall. Total cost? $150.00. Our service man couldn't have been nicer, more professional and knowledgeable ....They have a new customer for life
