As slow evolution to gain full production. One needs patience for this effort. Other dependencies affect the installers performance - Still waiting on Oncor to honor solar transmission Sept 21st. Addressing warranty repairs (factory) appears slow - replacing a failed solar panel inverter, 2-weeks + and still waiting. Loosing 2.4 KWH / day waiting on a failed inverter replacement. Overall - I would pass this opportunity up - the house is poorly sighted relative to sun azimuth (line of travel) & a 15-degree roof doesn't work well with the solar panel acceptance angle of 50-degrees. The 320 watt panels installed can only collect 250 watts of sun. A loss of 22% in capabilities. The installed system of 22,000 watts can collect 11,400 watts for an hour (1~2-PM) on a best day (good sky transparency). The estimated target goal of 2500 KWH / mo is looking like 1800 KWH / mo. (a 28% miss in the estimate).

Called the evening before and talked to Kelly who scheduled me for 12:00 the next day. A little later, his son called to push time out to 2pm since 12 was already taken. No problem and appreciated the quick notification of the time conflict. Arrival was punctual and work was done quickly and professionally. He did not leave until all components of the gate were tested and ensured all operating properly. Gate has been workingperfectly since.

Very prompt and professional. Only had to call once to remind the salesman to deliver the quote. I have not yet purchased the solar pannels as I requested one additional quote from another provider. Overall, the price seems to be in-line with what the industry is currently charging (or that I can find from my research). Was pleased with the concern from the company on the age of my electrical panel boxes (these will be replaced upon the solar install). I will be deciding soon and have no reservations about selecting Longhorn. Additional benefit, in my opinion, is the one year no interest financing which is great on a large purchase.

Went very well. Installation was quick and very professional. The new units are low profile and very quiet. Thermostatic and humidity controls allow them to work independently as temperatures and humidity vary. Best of all they are completely solar powered.

PEI Construction started the job on Monday, they tore out the wall and had the new wall, windows and door in place before leaving Monday. On Tuesday they came back and installed my new electrical outlets, installed the shelves and re-painted the interior and exterior walls. Wednesday was final touch up and inspection by myself and David Payne, owner of PEI Construction. I am very pleased with the new look and feel of my sunroom. I had a vision in my mind of what I wanted and David was able to work with what I wanted and suggested several other ideas that worked better and made it all happen with minimal disruption to me and my house.

They were one of the best companies we've ever used to upgrade or renovate the home. They had an outstanding crew. They sent out 4 or 5 guys. It was tough, hot work they were doing. They removed and replaced all our old attic insulation and blew in all new. They installed this radiant barrier that stops and retains the heat in the attic. They just did an excellent job. And what they did works. That's what the important part was. It was a messy job but they didn't mess up the house. They cleaned up after themselves. They were hard working guys. They were fabulous. I don't think you'll find a better company that does what they do. That was the employees that they sent. The pricing was fine. They were originally going to do just installation but then added removal for not much more. The folks that checked the job came out a few different times during the job. The home is more comfortable and better insulated. It's changed the whole feel of the home.

The estimator came on the date and time scheduled and measured all of the windows. The company emailed me a quote the next afternoon. The installers came on the date and time scheduled the next week and installed all of the screens. They also hauled away all of the old aluminum screens and left my property in very clean condition.

Very professional - scheduled add-on services had not been communicated to the installer, so they had to reschedule because they didn't have the parts. Once that was ironed out, the installation went smoothly. Two years later and the fan is still working well!

Overall a very pleasant experience. Jerry showed up and did a walk though and presented me with options. I decided to go with Liquid Foil Radiant Barrier, One Solar Fan, Attic Tent and upgraded insulation to R49. They did a very good job and went above and beyond to correct a manufacturers defect with the solar fan. They replaced the defective solar fan with an upgraded one for free.

Sunpro Solar Energy installed a 14.74kw solar energy system made up of 44 LG 335-watt panels at my home in Dallas/Carrollton. A professional crew of installers and electricians worked for most of a day to complete the project on a Monday. In addition, my home (built in 1982) required a new electrical panel being it was outdated and insufficient. A company with this record of service will see to it that every step is handled properly. This is one of the reasons I selected SunPro Solar. It is already exporting energy back to the grid. This final step commonly takes several weeks to complete in order to have time to process an interconnection agreement along with other necessary steps. My documentation was processed quickly and efficiently (mostly online) through the multiple layers of approvals and actions. Arletha Kent deserves recognition for communicating with me weekly (and many times more often). It only took six weeks from the time we first met to the completion of the project. Called them to get an estimate on solar panel installation and they came out and did an energy audit and showed me really inexpensive ways to cut my electricity costs so that my solar investment would be more meaningful. For a small fee, they provided me a design for a 2 KW system and the consulting necessary to begin procuring and installing a system on my own. I look forward to using their services as I continue with my project.

Shawn explained I was correct about inadequate ventilation. He suggested we install an attic fan that runs off of solar power. They got to the project within a day or two and it has made a world of difference in the comfort of my master bedroom. It used to be way too hot in the summer, now it is balanced with the rest of the home. They guys who installed it were professional and it was obvious they knew what they were doing.
