We had Renew Home Exteriors replace our siding, windows and gutters. We weren’t sure how things would look and Michael’s wife used a computer program to help us see how the siding and shutters we picked would look on our house. The window installers were perfectionists Stan wouldn’t finish a window until he thought it was perfect. The siding installer Shaun worked from early morning till late evening for seven straight days so that the gutter installer would be able to install our gutters. We had a minor problem with a couple shutters but David jumped right on it and replaced the shutters. When the gutter installation staff arrived they didn’t know that I wanted a 6” downspout and said they complete the job except for the special downspout and would be back on Monday to install it. On Sunday the lead installer for the gutters saw that we might have rain on Monday and knew I was very concerned about possible flooding without my downspout so Sunday afternoon he showed up to complete the gutter installation. I was very impressed with the entire process and the final product. I felt like the entire team treated me like a long time friend that they wanted to impress with the installation skills.

Buying windows is a long process -- from the time of researching the various types, brands and providers to actually getting the windows installed! After getting several bids and determining what best fit our needs we decided on Infinity Fiberglass Windows from Amazing Siding. These were not the least expensive windows we could have bought -- they were near the high end -- but they were a good balance for us between price, quality, manufacturer's reputation and quality of the local installation team. Once the windows were ordered, it took about 6 weeks for them to be built and arrive. The installation team was phenomenal and in my opinion this is what a buyer has to look for in replacing windows - it is a tough job that must be done correctly. The head installer contacted us about a week before installation and we set up a time for them to be installed -- time frame would be 2 days. They arrived on time both days (in fact the second day it was raining and they finished the windows on our covered patio first in hopes the rain would stop and they could finish the job which is exactly what happened) The installers were careful in removing our old windows, installing the new ones and cleaning up after the job. They were careful to keep our security wires pulled so that the windows could be rewired by the security firm at a later date. In fact, the security installer when he came out to reinstall the window contacts commented on how well and neatly the wires had been left for him to do his job. The installation team was very friendly and put in a full day's work -- no goofing around! They answered all of our questions during the process and were committed to doing a professional job. We love the new windows. Very highly recommended window and installation team.

The installation of the new door went exceedingly well. The guys cleaned up as they were working on the installation of the new door, and after it was completed. Very Professional job! I would recommend to anyone wanting a patio door replaced.

Juan was the contractor that worked with me on this project. He was very personable, always on-time and stayed in good communication. The installation crew was very fast, finishing in 3 or 4 hours. We had a few minor issues to work through with the gutter installation, mainly because my roof's facia was constructed at an odd angle, which made the installation more difficult than usual. This created a few minor cosmetic issues with the gutters, but they do work perfectly. Overall, I am pleased with the job that was done and believe I payed a fair price.

Scott Exteriors -SE- were the most responsive to my requests for estimate for this work. Other highly rated companys took up to two weeks longer to send in there estimates. SE made it easy to select colors and sign paper work by doping by my office or home as needed. SE was also quick to answer all my questions once work started, most often within a few hours. The work was done quickly, cleanly and without any problems.

We turned to Jeff Gowins for Radiant Barrier advice and installation because of our great experience with Jeff replacing our roof. We are confident Jeff installed the very best system matching the radiant foil system with the ridge vent system he had previously installed. Installation was a totally smooth experience from initial phone conversation to completion. We were comfortable with having Jeff’s very professional crew in our home. The effect of reducing attic heat was immediate with AC units running much less and the house cooling and maintaining temperature far better.

Kerry is a true professional, and very nice guy. He installed a sliding glass door for us. He worked with us to make sure we got the exact style that we were looking for, installed the door, and left the area even better than he found it (no mess, trash, and sparkling clean glass). A couple of years after the door installation, our back door glass was broken. He worked with us to get the glass replaced. It took quite a while for us to get our glass from the manufacturer since the door was custom, but Kerry communicated and properly set our expectations on when we could get everything installed. At the time of installation, he showed up right on time, and was finished quickly. He has installed windows and siding other family members who live in the DFW area, and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking to get windows and siding installed. He's a nice honest guy who is a pleasure to work with.

Jeff Gowins personally handled our roof replacement. Jeff took care of dealing with the insurance company and adjuster. He installed a lifetime guaranteed roof with no out of pocket cost to me. The installation included replacing my existing “turtle” roof vents with the far more effective ridge vent system. Improved attic ventilation and cooling was very apparent. The installation was easy on us; the crew was professional and they cleaned up as if no construction had even occurred. The product installed and quality of installation has added value to our property. We have replaced roofs over the decades and we can say with certainty that the performance of Jeff Gowins and his crew stands out by far as the best in every aspect.

Legacy installed exterior siding and gutters on our home a couple of years ago and we then had Legacy install exterior window shutters about a month ago. Installation went perfectly and everything looks great. Will call them again if ever needed. Price reflects most recent work only (shutters).
