Recent Review: Randy pointed out rust and evidence of leaking at the base of the 14 year old electric water heater. He noted that there was no drain pan, the shut-off valve was frozen and no water overflow detector was installed. Based on what I saw I accepted his estimate and gave the go-ahead. Randy shut off the water supply at the city meter so he could cap off the cold water line, so we could have running water in the house. He left to purchase a new 50 gallon water heater, drain pan, and leak detection and automatic water shut-off system, and obtain the plumbing permit from the city. Upon his return he installed the items mentioned above and added an extension to the drain pan so water would be directed outside and not on the garage floor. He showed me the two supplied manuals. He stated his personal warranty and the heater's warranty. He moved a cabinet and freezer back to their original locations. He left after a total of 6 hours on the job. I am impressed at his overall professionalism and courtesy. He's the kind of guy you would want as a next door neighbor.

Recent Review: On Feb. 4, 2013, Al Pintor arrived to investigate a potential leak. He was very experienced, extremely knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He went right to work, performed tests in two bathrooms, and resolved the problem. Everything was neat and clean when he left. He was careful to cover his shoes. It should be noted that we had a couple of scheduling issues but his service and expertise were worth waiting for. I highly recommend Flow Plumbing and will not hesitate to use them again.

We offer flat rate drain cleaning, $125 for main lines from an accessible cleanout, $100 for any drain less than 3" from an accessible cleanout.
