Bad start when technician did not show up during the scheduled time, no call either to keep me updated. I contacted them and Jacob came out later in the day. He had the part on hand, as they had taken my model number over the phone earlier, and had come up with a likely diagnosis and likely part needed. Jacob went to work at lightning speed to replace the broken part. Diagnosis, new part, and installation done in a single trip, reasonable price.. I will use this company again, despite the scheduling issue.

These guys are amazing, I called and they came the same day, very professional, very good price, it only took about 45 minutes to do repair. As a footnote, my dryer stopped heating and I called another company the week before calling George's services. "Brand X" company gave me a time later in the week they would come fix my dryer and kept having to push back the appointment day after day after day, as they couldn't get the part I needed. My wife and I kept getting more and more frustrated so then I called George's Services and they showed up the same day and fixed my dryer that day. I will definitely use them again should the need arise for other appliances. Thank you.

These guys are appliance whisperers! I had Staten's out after a bad experience with another appliance repair company. I described the issue when I set up the appointment. The repair guy was so experienced that he predicted what the issue was and brought the part. He diagnosed the issue (dryer wheel needed replacing) and repaired it in about 30 mins. He also fixed an issue the prior repairman caused. My dryer is working better then it ever has and it saved me buying a new dryer. I plan to call them next time I have an issue.

Our dryer was taking a long time to dry clothes. Since I am so dissatisfied with American Home Shield Warranty and who they send out, I looked for the best appliance rated company here on Angie's List and K&M Appliance appeared to have the best ratings. And now I know why. She actually answered the phone on Saturday and scheduled me for Monday (today). Turns out it was an easy fix and Bryan was honest, thorough, and professional. He even went up on our roof to check the dryer vents. It really does pay to have Angie's List. I'd rather have the comfort in knowing I am choosing an honest reputable credible professional quality company for myself than having someone of a lesser quality sent to me by a warranty company. A+ all the way for M&K.
