Master bedroom shower was in need to be replaced. Jason bid the job. He was great, and got some other cost perspectives on remodeling ideas from him too. I had four other contractors come out and bid the job and Jason's was near the low range on the cost. We had to pick out tile and my wife is indecisive. Luckily for us they had a design room where the design lady was nice enough to meet with us on a saturday to pick out the tile. Invaluable resource. Really helped us create the design. Matt oversaw the project. He was excellent in quickly addressing any concerns (general issues that pop up with construction projects). We wanted a frameless door initially. Good thing for us their contractor, Scott I believe his name was, from Jpon glass, told us about leak issues with frameless doors in a shower of our size, and told us about other options. We went to Jpon glass shop and got a look at semi-frameless doors which we ended up going with, which dropped the price of our project. I mention this to illustrate the quality contractors that DFW Improved work with. The door had to be remade because of some miscommunication between us and Jpon about the need for brushed nickel hardware, which Matt was on top of and took care of. Once the job was finished Matt came out and checked it out and made sure there were no concerns. The shower is now the nicest thing in the house. I am sure I will be calling upon them in the near future for other projects. >>>>>>UPDATE>>>>>>>>> I got a call from some company who they gave my number out too. Some services review place that went on a telemarketing schpeel. I do not like people giving out my number to a third party and I question the legality of it, honestly. I felt like I did enough giving a good review on Angies List. So, here are a couple things that I did not have in my original review because I was overall pleased with the end result. 1). They contracted a contractor to contract a contractor to do the tile work. One of these gentlemen spoke no English, the other spoke very little. One was very sick, sneezing and coughing for the week they were here. Left the toilet seat up. Even left a brown trail on the toilet seat. When they did the demolition of the old shower, they threw all the broken tile and all on my front lawn. Not even in contractor bags. This was after asking Jason if they needed to use my bulk trash pick up time to take care of the trash. I told Matt and he had them pick it up, but there was still crap in my yard. I showed Matt again and he and I picked up all the rest. I leave my other review because I stick by it. Also, the sick immigrant filled their water bottle from the tap on my Ozarka dispenser. I am thankful we don't have hepatitis. This is all true. Don't give my number out to third parties.
