What a pleasant experience from the initial call requesting a bid to dropping off the payment at the office. Everyone I dealt with from the office, Alex the sales rep and even the crew members were friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and understanding. The night before the power wash was scheduled to be done unknown to everyone until the crew had arrived at the job location, the city had cut the water off at the main line because the lawn crew had severed an irrigation line and water was flooding the street. I quickly called the office, apologizing to Ruth for the inconvenience. With understanding she assured me all was ok and simply rescheduled the power wash. The day of the staining and minor fence repair again the crew showed up only to discover there was no electrical power. The house had been inspected the day before and the inspector had failed to flip the GFCI breaker switch back on. Again Ruth was understanding and we rescheduled. Finally the day arrived and the fence was stained. Later that afternoon I went to the property to check out the finished job. I have to be honest, I was a little disappointed. Some areas of the fence looked great but some areas looked like little if any stain was applied. I took pictures and sent them to both Alex and Ruth. I called Alex and he assured me that they would go back out and touch up the fence. Ruth scheduled the touch up. I arrived at the property just after the crew had finished and left. I just stood there and stared at the fence, amazed. I couldn't believe it! The fence looked brand new. What a great job! I had gotten four bids and Texas Best Stain was very competitive. Again, what a great experience. Great people. A great company. I would certainly use Texas Best Stain again.
