Dallas Shower Door Installation

All the work was done in 1 day. The crew was very clean and professional. I would hire them again.

Chris installed a new and quot;swing typeand quot; shower door on my newly tiled shower. This required quite a bit of his time as the tile was difficult to drill into, even breaking a couple of his drill bits. He had to run to Home Depot to get new bits, but did not charge me for this time. The shower door looks great and we have had no problems with it. He also replaced an existing front porch light with a new lower hanging fixture. He completed this rather quickly and it also looks great. Lastly, he capped off an electrical outlet in the bathroom that was very poorly placed upon original installation and installed a new outlet in a much better location. He explained what the code was for the old/new outlet and I certainly appreciated his knowledge and insistence on doing the work the correct way. Since he charges by the hour, I was very happy with his skills and ability to work efficiently and feel my money was very well spent. As a bonus, and free of charge, he also offered invaluable advice to my husband who was installing a couple of ceiling fans while Chris was doing the other work. The tips he shared with him probably saved him at least an hour or two of added time and aggravation! I will absolutely call him in the future as the need arises.

His service is great. He is very practical, reasonably priced, and straight forward. He will explain if there is something that doesn't need to be done. He is good about being responsive but he is very busy. If he needs to reschedule, he is good about calling ahead of time.

Phillip and his wife did an absolutely outstanding job. They did quality work and actually came in a little under budget, which was shocking considering we added a few more items to the list after he gave us their estimate. But, they finished some of the work quicker than anticipated, so they used those hours towards the additional work and still came in under their estimate. How many people would charge less than their estimate when they even did extra work? That's the kind of people they are, and I would not hesitate to use them again (and fully intend to).

Good communication with when someone would be available. Job was well done, personnel very pleasant.

The service was excellent. Wes was very detailed to fix all these items that I had on my todo list. I am going to have Wes come back and fix some more items such as ceiling fan that I still need to purchase.

Everything went well. David was professional and easy to work with, the shower turned out great. David also informed us how to maintain it.

We had a very small but necessary job. They completed it properly at a reasonable price. Very courteous and good to work with.

This was a large project, encompassing our formal living room and guest bathroom remodel. Sheet rock, painting our living room, fireplace tile, foyer, dining room, stairway, game room and ceiling. The guest bath remodel included new custom tile work, vanity, shower door and fixtures.

It was great! The gentleman arrived on time, was very efficient, and took pride in his work. He also went above and beyond by removing my shower door, cleaning it, and recaulking it even though this wasn't part of the original job.

Ernesto is a great craftsman who takes pride in his work and is a good man. Of all the time we have hired someone to make improvements to our house this was the first time the work has exceeded our expectations. Ernesto built us a beautiful bathroom. Ernesto is honest and communicates very well and tells you exactly what needs to be done and he will tell you things you don’t need to save you money. He is very methodical in his work and takes pride to make sure his product is top of the line. There were many times flaws were found in our bathroom that caused Ernesto additional work and he did it as part of the job. For example when he laid our tile floors he found that the floors were not even so to make sure we had a perfect floor he put in the extra work to correct the problem. Ernesto is very trust worthy, there were several days we were not home while Ernesto worked and he made sure our home was locked up before he left. One time Ernesto noticed our front door sticks and was difficult to open so he pulls out his tools and fixed the problem at no charge. I have finally found a craftsman who works hard, is honest, and does outstanding work at an affordable price. We will be using him again.

HE IS VERY TRUSTWORTHY. I USE HIM FOR LOTS OF STUFF, AND I LEAVE A KEY TO MY HOUSE WITH HIM. ANYTIME I NEED SOMETHING, I CALL HIM AND HE TAKES CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND LEAVES ME A BILL. IT IS RARE THAT YOU FIND SOMEONE THAT IS SO HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. I'VE FOUND HIS PRICING TO BE VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHER PEOPLE THAT I'VE USED.

The repairman was punctual, courteous, and professional. He completed all work as requested in a timely manner, I paid him, and he left. End of story or so I thought. Within a day the shower door began leaking again as and all of the toilets began to run again as well. They sent a manager to re-do the work which he claims his original repairman didn't do properly the first time. Within a week the shower door surround began to leak again as did the leaking faucet. I didn't bother calling them back as I will find the time to do it correctly myself at another time for free. Overall I would recommend them but be sure to check the quality of repairs for a week or so after completion.

I thought they charged me too much. I don't think I'm going to use him any more because a lot of their jobs have a minimum time to come out and the prices are just too high. The guy who did the work was a good man and did a good job. They came out as soon as I needed them.
