I called Lon Smith Roofing based on a referral from a friend at work. I spoke with Britt Martin a senior estimator with Lon Smith. He assessed the damage on my roof and I had bad hail damage on two sides and less hail damage on the other two sides. He went up on the roof with my insurance adjuster, and they were up there for nearly two hours assessing the damage. When the insurance company agreed to replace the roof, I was scheduled in short order, and the roof was replaced in one day. Later I had David Grassman, the Lon Smith inspector, out to check the work. We needed to move the satellite dish over to the next stud and repair some minor damage to the gutters, and that was done in short order as well. I upgraded to a more impact resistant roof than I had, and it lowered my insurance premium as well. I could not be happier with the personnel, the service, and the products provided by Lon Smith.
