The owner came over with large samples in the color ranges I wanted. He was here at the appointed time and he impressed me favorably. I thought he was resonably priced so I agreed to have his company install my flooring. The installers showed up timely, I felt comfortable with them and they worked efficiently. The job was done to my complete satisfaction. They cleaned up everything before they left. I am very pleased with the company and the results.

THEY USE A SUBCONTRACTOR. THE SALESMAN WAS GREAT, AND THE CONTRACTOR WAS GREAT. I RAN INTO SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE LADIES WHO SCHEDULED MY INSTALLATION DATE. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE INSTALLERS. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND CLEAN. THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE IN MOVING THE FURNITURE.

A little background on our situation. We wanted to install a laminate floor in one of the rooms in our home. We prepped the whole room and started to install the laminate. We figured we could do it on our own. After spending an entire day trying to install 2 1/2 rows we gave up. HGTV makes it look so easy. Alas! It is not easy. I contacted Neal on Friday around 10 PM. He responded that evening. On Saturday, I responded and I was able to get a time set up with him on Sunday, the next day. Keep in mind this was Thanksgiving weekend. I was stunned at how quickly Neal took care of our situation. He did a fantastic job on the floor and we couldn't be happier. We have many home projects lined up that Neal will be taking care of for us. He is a God send.

He came to my house with a few samples and helped me choose a laminate that looked best in my house. He measured my rooms and then I scheduled the installation. The installation took 3 days rather than the 2 days originally planned, but the floors are beautiful and the work was high-quality.

HE'S A WONDERFUL PERSON, VERY EFFICIENT AND DID ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS. HE HAD GOOD SUGGESTIONS AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I STILL NEED TO CALL MAX TO ASK HIM IF THAT WILL GET BETTER OVER TIME OR IF THEY NEED TO COME BACK AND FIX IT. HIS PRICE IS VERY GOOD. $1,900 FOR 1,200 SQ. FEET.

We have used Floor Hut before and were very satisfied in the past. This installation however caused a lot of frustration due to lack of communication. The finish molding on the laminate floor had to be redone due to shoddy workmanship. The installers did come back the next day and tore out all of the original molding and replaced it. The carpet installers showed up three hours late with no phone call. Chris the owner was responsive to our phone calls but the fact that we had to make the phone calls in the first place was due to their poor communication. Mark was our sales person and he was very pleasant to work with. Overall the finished product is what we expected but getting there over a four day period was not. If the installers would have called us to give us updates on their status the grade would've been much higher than what we are giving in this report.

There was some confusion about the date of installation. I called on a Wednesday morning about the installers and they said they had been trying to contact me about the date. They had a wrong number. They arranged to arrive Friday morning and they came on time. We were to remove all breakables to another location and they moved all the furniture. They removed the old carpet and found that the concrete floor was not level. They went to a local store and bought a concrete mix and leveled the floor (no extra charge). It too 2 hours to dry (used this time for lunch) and then they laid the flooring. They finished around 5 PM after putting all the heavy furniture back in it's place and cleaned up, taking the old rug with them. Excellent work and workers. We paid half up front and half upon completion.

They are not punctual and I have to constantly point out things they need to redo. The manager charged me a restocking fee only three days after I had told him to do a job and then told him to stop. They had 0% financing so as I was looking over the statement almost a year later, I noticed the restocking fee. It took a very long time for them to call me back about it. I told him I wasn't going to do business with them anymore and he just said ok. It seems like they just don't care.

Super Service Award Recent Review: Simmons crew arrived on time, assessed the layout and began work, promised completion was from Tuesday till Saturday. The crew was always courteous, and kept us informed througout the process. If a question arose they advised us of the issue then solved the problem. They moved from room to room being careful not to disrupt our normal activities to much. The job was completed on time with no cost surprises and it was perfect. We could have left the house for a week and when we returned we would have wondered if they had been here, the furniture from the largest sofa to the smallest lamp was right where we had left them. The experience from the time we walked into there store till the job was completed and paid for was exceptional. I would use them again for any floor service and recommend them highly.

Recent Review: Flawless and above expectations. Weldon went above and beyond. From the very comparable quote to the final install, Weldon surpassed what turned out to be beautiful result. Weldon was prompt, friendly, courteous, professional, and had a "get it done" attitude. A quick conversation on what needed to be done and he said, "We got this, you just stay out of my way, and we can talk afterwards on your satisfaction, if I don't meet your expectations I will work until I do!" He nailed my expectations on the first shot. I have shown pictures of the finished product to many of my coworkers with pride on how beautiful his work was. All of my coworkers have asked for his information and say they will use "this guy" when it is time for them to have flooring work done. FYI -- I work with some people that are extremely picky and have very high standards, and all of them are ready to employ Weldon for their flooring. Extremely satisfied, Bob Mangum P.S. Weldon even took care of my puppies while he was working, and I wasn't home yet. The puppies are now spoiled with extra treats. This guy really takes care of his clients.

Recent Review: The quote was for about $55000.00. They have done our neighbor's kitchen. We knew that their quality was really really good and their speed was really really good. They were in and out very fast for her and it does look beautiful. We ended up not using them and probably wouldn't use them again in the future. They had a definite idea of how they thought things should be and it wasn't quite how we wanted it to be. They didn't seem very open to change. It was more of a personality thing. For our neighbor, what she wanted and what they wanted luckily lined up and they were happy with their kitchen. What he proposed was not how we wanted to do it. He doesn't strike me as a person that I would be able to work with and make changes and discuss things.
