We are very happy with Bettermost, we got a quick and competitive quote and they made the entire process easy for us and explained everything along the way. Very professional and knowledgeable! They demo our old carpets, cleaned up, installed new laminate flooring and left our house very clean when everything was done, highly recommended!

It went great!! There was only one day that I could not live in my house, which was the 2nd day of the installation. On he last day, they moved back all the furniture and helped us clean the floor and dust the furniture. There were some issues with creaking and that was taken care of too with just a mention of it. Also they were using the saw in the house and it was very difficult for us since we have a baby so we asked them to move the saw outside and they did it. Great customer service and wonderful work so couldn't be happier with my choice of provider.

THEY USE A SUBCONTRACTOR. THE SALESMAN WAS GREAT, AND THE CONTRACTOR WAS GREAT. I RAN INTO SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE LADIES WHO SCHEDULED MY INSTALLATION DATE. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE INSTALLERS. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND CLEAN. THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE IN MOVING THE FURNITURE.

The owner came over with large samples in the color ranges I wanted. He was here at the appointed time and he impressed me favorably. I thought he was resonably priced so I agreed to have his company install my flooring. The installers showed up timely, I felt comfortable with them and they worked efficiently. The job was done to my complete satisfaction. They cleaned up everything before they left. I am very pleased with the company and the results.

A little background on our situation. We wanted to install a laminate floor in one of the rooms in our home. We prepped the whole room and started to install the laminate. We figured we could do it on our own. After spending an entire day trying to install 2 1/2 rows we gave up. HGTV makes it look so easy. Alas! It is not easy. I contacted Neal on Friday around 10 PM. He responded that evening. On Saturday, I responded and I was able to get a time set up with him on Sunday, the next day. Keep in mind this was Thanksgiving weekend. I was stunned at how quickly Neal took care of our situation. He did a fantastic job on the floor and we couldn't be happier. We have many home projects lined up that Neal will be taking care of for us. He is a God send.

A man brought the laminate to a few days before installation for the flooring to become acclimated. Then a crew of 3 came one day a installed the flooring. They were polite and efficient.

I met Marty in the showroom and he helped me decide on laminate for my house based on the amount of wear and tear my carpet has taken over the years. He came to my house with a few samples and helped me choose a laminate that looked best in my house. He measured my rooms and then I scheduled the installation. The installation took 3 days rather than the 2 days originally planned, but the floors are beautiful and the work was high-quality.

Recent Review: I purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" I purchased laminate flooring before I called Raindango. I'm sure as is the case with many people, I was a bit leery about working with a contractor. You know, just the typical issues with not showing up or doing the job as well as you would expect the first time. I was pleasantly surprised with Raindango from start to finish. In the initial consultation with Mike Mitchell, he arrived when they said he would, gained a clear understanding of exactly what I needed, took the necessary measurements and produced an accurate quote the next day. Wow....this part was pain free! Next, they assigned a crew and the great experience continued! Caesar and crew showed up as scheduled and performed superior work. He went above and beyond when I couldn't find some of the materials needed to complete the job (quarter round). They found matching materials and finished the job to exceed my expectations. My floors look beautiful, the experience was GREAT and I will for sure use these guys again!

Recent Review: Simmons crew arrived on time, assessed the layout and began work, promised completion was from Tuesday till Saturday. The crew was always courteous, and kept us informed througout the process. If a question arose they advised us of the issue then solved the problem. They moved from room to room being careful not to disrupt our normal activities to much. The job was completed on time with no cost surprises and it was perfect. We could have left the house for a week and when we returned we would have wondered if they had been here, the furniture from the largest sofa to the smallest lamp was right where we had left them. The experience from the time we walked into there store till the job was completed and paid for was exceptional. I would use them again for any floor service and recommend them highly.

Recent Review: It went great! Paul Alvarez is wonderful to work with. He is absolutely professional from start to finish, and he maintains an experienced and professional crew as well. He is extremely knowledgeable, and made sure that I had all the information I needed to get exactly what I wanted, while achieving the best price possible for the job. For instance when he first came over for the estimate, I told him I needed to replace several doors because they had taken much abuse from my dog. Rather than giving me a price for new doors, he gave me a price on repairing them as well. This alone saved me about $900.00. Also, I was having problems with my Master Batch shower leaking onto my drywall. I figured I would need to have the shower doors, or possibly the floor pan replaced. When I showed Paul, he knew right away that all it was needing was a re - caulking, and I have not had any problems with the shower since he repaired it for me. Originally, I had only contracted Paul for the paint, but when my floor company dropped me off their schedule to take a bigger project, Paul said not to worry. He called in a contact of his for the floors, and I could not be more happy with the results. He also has contacts in a variety of other fields such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Alvarez Paint is a one stop shop for contracting. They have the experience to take care of your home project the right way, and they do it fast! And moreover, Paul Alvarez is a first class kind of guy, I am going to recommend Alvarez Paint Company to all my friends and family!

Recent Review: We had three companies bid on the work, and Agape was right in the middle with their bid. We chose Agape for several reasons. First, we were very impressed with the level of communication we received, both from Jerry and Becky. We had a less than satisfactory experience with the foundation company regarding communication, so this really stood out (side note - the outstanding communication continued through, and past, completion of the project). Second, we liked the ideas that Jerry shared when he was at our home, and particularly liked that he wanted to be hands-on, especially for the bathroom. It was easy to see that he truly cares about the results of their work. Third, even before we chose them, Jerry and Becky shared several sources for materials, all of which proved to be outstanding resources offering very competitive pricing and great selection (another side note - we went with Pittman Plumbing for all the bathroom materials and ProSource for all flooring and tile - both were wonderful to work with). We asked Jerry to submit a bid that broke the work down to separate components, which he did. His bid was very detailed, easy to follow, and explained all work to be performed in such a way that we understood fully what was to be done. One important note that I didn't think about initially...the bid was for labor and OBVIOUS materials only; it did not include tub, tile, flooring, paint, etc. Makes perfect sense, especially now that I see how many more options are available than what I had seen at the local home improvement stores! We did ask for a guestimate of materials cost based on general guidelines we provided and Jerry's past experience. As it turned out, this estimate was right on the money as far as cost per sq. ft. for specific materials. Once we informed Agape that we wanted to contract with them, they gave us an estimated start date and approximate time to completion. We had some time constraints for completion, and their estimate fell within these deadlines. They started right on time, and despite running into several "surprises" along the way, completed the work within the time allotted. I should have mentioned that this work (foundation and repair) was all being done as part of us moving to Austin. Because of the number and location of piers in the foundation work and our plans to move anyway, we actually "moved out" of the house prior to the foundation work, putting most of our belongings in storage and taking some things with us to an apartment close by. This actually proved to be a genius move...living through a remodel is tough enough, but through foundation work...no way. In any case, I think having the home vacant really helped Agape, as they didn't have to try and work around our daily lives. The work started on June 13, right on schedule. Initially Steve, Eric and Jason were the three guys working on our home. They were all three extremely respectful, courteous and professional. All three exhibited a strong knowledge of the work being done, and we were overall happy with the results as the project moved along. Although we were not living in the home, I did go by the house pretty much daily to check on status and how things were looking. Typically I did this later in the day, trying to stay out of the way as much as possible. I did catch a few minor things that needed attention, but overall found the guys to be very thorough. The only thing of any significance related to the bathroom. In the bathroom, the tub, shower and vanity were all matching cultured marble. We had the tub and shower replaced, but due to financial constraints decided not to replace the vanity at this time. One evening I went by, only to find the vanity with the rest of the materials taken out of the bathroom. Actually makes sense...it would stand to reason that if we were replacing the tub and shower, the old vanity, made of the same material, would also come out. Anyway, I contacted Jerry that evening, and went by the next day to find the vanity back in place, looking like it had never gone anywhere. Overall, no big deal. After the first week, Jerry was on site quite a bit, and after two weeks two other gentlemen were also on the project...Roger, and I apologize, but I cannot recall the other person's name. Of particular note, those two had obviously worked a lot together, as they did outstanding work, particularly in the bathroom. Okay...two other notes before I get to the end. First, Steve and Jerry both gave us wonderful ideas on things we could do that would add unique touches to the finished product, both of which turned out to be awesome. Steve had a great idea on how to do some of the flooring and was very proactive in asking questions and getting information before proceeding, and Jerry offered ideas on the tub and shower enclosures that turned out to really add to the finished look. Second thing...I mentioned several "surprises" above. There were a few things that turned up as the project went along. For the most part, these were things nobody short of Superman with his x-ray vision could have seen. One was the back windows. We had done a less than stellar job of sealing around the back windows, which allowed water to get in and cause damage to some of the woodwork. This in turn caused leaking into the home. What a blessing that God sent a monster rain storm (remenber that storm as we go through this unbelievable heat wave) while the guys were at the house. Had that not happened, we wouldn't have found out about the leaking until well after the fact...when it would have ruined the wood flooring. Another example was some of the less than wonderful wiring done when the house was first built. In both cases Agape did the necessary repairs with minimal effect on the finish date. There was additional expense as a result, but that wasn't a surprise. We fully expected to find some things, so were prepared for that eventuality. Overall, the "surprises" along with a few additional things we asked Jerry to do added about $3,000 to the final labor cost. It's very important to mention that the additional cost was fine and in no way a "miss" on Agape's part. These were all things that, as I said above, we would have no way of knowing about beforehand (they were basically "hidden" problems), and were all things that had to be corrected. Okay...the project is now complete, and the only thing I can say is WOW. With the exception of some things we did not address at this time (exterior paint and landscaping, replacing lighting, basic exterior concrete work) the home looks amazing...it looks like a new house, not one built in 1986. I wish I could post pictures on here, it looks so good. Most amazing of all, the bathroom looks like it belongs in a full service spa! Part of that credit goes to our son and daughter-in-law, as they chose the tile and fixtures and did something really unique with the trim in the shower, but Jerry and the guys put it all together, and they did an absolutely amazing job. I'm sure there are some things I've missed in my detailed story, but let me just say that Becky, Jerry and all the guys associated with Agape did an incredible job on our home. In all phases of this project, we found them, without exception, to be courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, excellent communicators, and understanding of our needs relating to time and cost. Their work is high, high, high quality. I should also mention that their bid (and materials estimate), were both right on...other than the structural surprises we found, they did a wonderful and thorough job on the bid. They have our Austin contact information, so please don't hesitate to ask for that and contact us if you have any questions. In the "About Us" section of their website, they say they are a Christian family owned business. Easy to claim to be Christian, but they really walk the walk. We have some additional work that we still need to do (as mentioned above), and before this project was even done we asked Jerry to consider submitting an estimate for whatever of that work he wants. I actually can't imagine the scenario where we would go to anyone other than Agape for any of our home renovation/remodeling needs. They are everything they claim to be, and more. There are other very good companies out there so I won't say you'd be making a mistake if you chose someone else. That being said, if you choose Becky, Jerry and the Agape team, I can guarantee you will be VERY happy you did!

Recent Review: The quote was for about $55000.00. They have done our neighbor's kitchen. We knew that their quality was really really good and their speed was really really good. They were in and out very fast for her and it does look beautiful. We ended up not using them and probably wouldn't use them again in the future. They had a definite idea of how they thought things should be and it wasn't quite how we wanted it to be. They didn't seem very open to change. It was more of a personality thing. For our neighbor, what she wanted and what they wanted luckily lined up and they were happy with their kitchen. What he proposed was not how we wanted to do it. He doesn't strike me as a person that I would be able to work with and make changes and discuss things.
