Air Force One were able to come the day after we had called them. They repaired our upstairs heat pump and gave us the estimate for our downstairs Heat pump. The downstairs pump had been out of service since last year while we saved for enough to get a new one. Air Force One provided the most professional and most reasonably priced service. They removed our old system and installed the new one. They had the item in stock. They even added extra intake vents and repaired ceiling drywall which had been damaged by water when the a/c kept breaking down. They did not charge extra for these extra services. They were always on time and called ten minutes before their arrival. They placed protection on my floors and cleaned up so you wouldn't even know contractors had been in my home.I am extremely impressed by their knowledge and professionalism and highly recommend them to others. I didnt realize air conditioners could be silent, my house is so quiet these day with my new pump. Thanks Air Force One

Called them on Jan 13, 2016 to estimate repairing a non-functioning furnace (it quit in the dead of winter of course) at a rent property. They came the same day, inspected the system, checked the warranty, etc. and gave an estimate to repair and/or replace. ? Due to the age of the old system, we decided to install a new system and they adjusted their schedule to do the install the next day. ?Fantastic! ? They got the system in in a matter of hours and came back over the weekend to complete minor adjustments and added an outside cutoff. ?The men were courteous and professional.

They arrived on time and always take there time to check the Heat Pump inside and out. Very happy with Northern Air.

I interviewed 8 companies to do the replacement of my heat pump. I found quite a variety of prices and information from the different providers. I was most impressed by Brad and his team. They took the time to diagnose the problem correctly, thoroughly investigating both the inside and outside units. They clearly explained to me all my different options along with pros and cons (for example, fixing versus replacing, replacing only the interior unit versus replacing both the interior and the exterior unit, etc.). I so appreciate the time they took to educate me and it meant a lot that they didn't pressure me into a solution - they laid out all my options and let me choose the solution that worked best for my situation. They provided incredible customer service on both the investigation of the issue as well as the installation, and they delivered exactly as promised. I even had some structural issues in my AC/Heater closet that they were able to address, all within budget. They provided the best price of all the competitors, and I can't say enough positive about their service!

Excellent, Richard W. was very patient describing units that fit my needs and finances and let me know of financing options. He was attentive and always responsive. His crew was excellent in installing the unit, left the house in perfect order. The crew was very nice and arrived promptly when promised. I highly recommend this firm.

I had OneGuard warranty service, horrible, I would never recommend them. Heat pump died on December 31, and Oneguard routed my request to Temp Pro Mechanical. They actually dispatched someone the afternoon of December 31, and it was COLD. Initial diagnosis was blown fuse, and was hoping that would fix it, repairman said if that did not, reopen the request. Unfortunately, that did not fix the issue, so called back, additional problem with the compressor. They worked so hard to convince OneGuard to cover this and OneGuard refused. They were nice enough to give us a discount. They arrived on time, they send a text message letting you know when the person is on the way. Very good about communicating, always returned called. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

We have used AirCo for over 10 years. They always do excellent, quality work and are very reliable. Technicians are uniformed, clean, professional, and very knowledgable. Prices are reasonable considering the calibre of work they do. Very highly recommend.

Great service from the office - I found them through Angie's list and once I asked for a bid, I got a call back from Mark almost immediately, on a Saturday no less! Great service from the estimator, Earle. - He was punctual, professional, and fast. He answered all of my questions and provided a written (electronic) quote on the spot! Once I accepted the bid an install team was scheduled promptly. The team of 3 men led by Tony arrived, as scheduled. They were professional and personable. I showed them where things were and then they took over. They laid tarps to protect the floors and worked "crazy hard" to get the job done. They split up and worked on the inside and outside units simultaneously; which led to the whole project taking about half the time that I was expecting! Before leaving, they tested all of the systems and cleaned up after themselves. Finally, Tony walked me through everything that they had done and instructed me on proper maintenance. He answered a few more questions that I had, then thanked me for my business. I can't imagine how it could have gone any better. I am very pleased with my choice to use Extreme Comfort and I highly recommend the company!

There was an emergency call this summer and they responded immediately and I am pleased with their response. The repair person did an incomplete job and the pump broke up 24 hrs later. They did it incorrectly, they accepted their mistake and they replaced the damaged part and corrected every mistake and did so without further charge.

I have used A#1 Air for my AC system. They installed the new system, it’s brand new with a heating pump.

Great service provided by their team to get heat pump installed. It was difficult because the air handler was a in-wall unit.

Overall, the experience was wonderful. The price was reasonable; it was actually better than some quotes that I had received. Brian, the salesman, came out and did more measurements and calculations more than any other salesmanto make sure I had the correct ones. Because he did that, I was able to get a smaller unit, which saved me some money. I'm happy with their services and I would highly recommend them to others (and I already have).

The crew from Texas Air Doctors was first rate. Extremely polite, very professional and knowledgeable. They were well organized, they walked me through everything that needed to be done and easily dealt with problems that arose. They completed the work on time, and cleaned up the area before they left. I cannot say enough about this company and its employees.
