Not sure I'd hire again. A leak was found in our dishwasher, a part was ordered, and installed, but the dishwasher kept leaking. Upon returning, the repairman found another leak which would have required an entire new interior casing (not a new basket). Since we already were in for $366. and our dishwasher is 13 years old, we decided to purchase a new dishwasher. The repairman was considerate and honest, and thought he had the problem solved with the part first installed, but it has added to our expenses.

He diagnosed the broken part on the old dishwasher. We had to wait about 8 days for the dishwasher manufacturer to supply the replacement part. The dishwasher fried the replacement part which meant it had a major problem elsewhere and wasn't worth repairing. We bought a new dishwasher and he installed it the day after it was delivered. It is working better than the old dishwasher ever did.

John the technician arrived on time, did the work and explained why the "old school" plumb for the shutoff valve for the dishwasher being replaced was not compatible with the new way to plumb shutoff valves for dishwashers and what the advantages are. The old dishwasher was approximately 10 years of age. He worked very quickly and efficiently and double checked what he had done before he left. We are very satisfied.

Arrived on time and was very professional. Plumber was not told by dispatcher that I had a clogged sink so he only had equipment for dishwasher installation. While waiting for the equipment to arrive he provided quotes for both the sink and the dishwasher installation. Both seemed high for the amount of work involved. Sink quoted at $270 for less than 1 hour of work and the dishwasher installation was quoted at $330 which was much higher than I was expecting. Had the sink clog cleared but decided to install the dishwasher myself which was not very difficult.

Layne who I talked to when I called MyHomePro was nice and professional towards me. He answered all of my questions. He also took the time to explain additional services they offer. I would give him an A+ for customer service. Jose who was the service technician that came to my house was nice and professional as well. He also was very knowledgeable of my dishwasher and educated me on some features that I was not utilizing. He answered all my questions and took time to explain why my dishwasher failed and explained in details what he did to fix my dishwasher. To me, this is going above and beyond and for that, he gets an A+. The price is fair compared to their competition. I had an appointment scheduled from 8 am - 10 am and the service technician was at my door step at 8:20 am. This is impressive as other companies had made me wait a full day before showing up at my house. I also received several notifications of his arrival. Overall, A+ for all aspects of service.

Recent Review: This company is great! I called on a Monday when we realized our bosch dishwasher was no longer draining. He said he could come the next day so the owner arrived Tuesday afternoon. The owner came out himself since he said bosch dishwashers can be a little tricky. I was fearing the worst but the owner quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced the air valve, a relatively inexpensive part, and everything was working again. I don't think he was here more than 15 or 20 minutes. Our dishwasher is a little over a year old, but I was afraid it would be a very expensive fix. Other repair places were quoting me $120/hr for labor! The owner is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and provides great customer service. We had a little bit of a problem with the mounting brackets and I wanted a different set put on the dishwasher. Instead of arguing with me or putting me off for days, he came over again (and on his busiest day - Saturday) and fixed it to my satisfaction. It was so nice being able to work with someone who wanted to fix things the way I wanted them fixed. I really appreciated that! I plan to use this company for all my appliance repair work in the future. I've already told all my friends about them too!
