Mike showed up right on time and got right to work. Unplugged the drain with no problems and checked to make sure that the process did not create any other problems, (I.E. water leaks). Mike also gave me prices on 2 additional projects that I have coming up, he talked me through the process and explained exactly what he had priced for each job. Mike knew exactly what was required and I am very confident that I will be using DeWolfe Plumbing for these projects as soon as I can get them started.

Emmanuel is a genuine professional. In addition to performing high quality work, rolls with the punches that will always pop up in projects large or small. There were problems with some of the we materials purchased, which had to be returned. He helped mitigate those product issues, making a trip to the home improvement store and an extra trip to the house, to get the job done at the price initially quoted. Great attitude, no hassles. Five-Star contractor.

He is a very nice and talkative person. He seemed to hang around a little longer than necessary to milk the clock. After the work was completed I had to pay a plumber a month later to resolve the dripping sink issue and to re-clue the sink drain ring. At one point I looked through my blinds and saw him standing on my porch as the clock was ticking down. He was very personable but I will not use his services again.

The guys were able to get their drain snake to a clog in a very difficult drain line arrangement. Patiently and by trial-and-error fed the snake into a blind cross junction where two drain lines meet. I had tried do it with my auger and had given up. Phillip and Mike called before the visit as promised, showed up on time, and were very conscientious of the of the interior of the home. Best contractor I've hired in a while.

I purchased a Big Deal for 3 hours of handyman services and was able to schedule quickly. Raymond arrived on time and replaced the bathroom vanity light fixtures in 2 bathrooms and replaced 3 sink faucets as well. He also helped remove a broken bulb from a high ceiling fan. Both Raymond and Ray are great with communication, so overall I have no complaints.
