Dallas Bath Exhaust Fan Installation

The condiitons for the install were tight. Speedy didn't have any problem and everything works great.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided. The technician was polite, helpful, and attentive to what we wanted. He asked good questions and listened to my requests. He was very pleasant to work with, and he checked with me every step of the process to make sure that he was doing the work according to our needs. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful service provider, and we will definitely use this company again next time we need electrical work.

What a professional. Called in advance. Showed up on time. Installed 4 ceiling fans and a bathroom exhaust fan in just about 2 hours. Cleaned up everything, even hauling away all the boxes and wrap from the new fans I had purchased in advance. What a pleasure. Seamless operation. All worked out splendidly!

Outstanding and professional job. He received a B for responsiveness because a few years back while he was working for a company, I had to wait until weekends when he had extra time to do the work.

Kenneth was very helpful and hard working. I gave him a long list of chores and he worked very diligently to get them all done timely. He provided helpful advice, was very friendly and professional.

Appointment was scheduled for between 2 and 6 PM did not arrive until after seven PM. Two technicians arrived And each did one project. I did have them come back on the following Monday because the fan in the bedroom was making a noise they corrected the problem.

Kurt has done all of the electrical work on my 1969 house. The electrical panel was recalled, so he replaced that for me. He's added ceiling fans, lighting, a bath fan, several outlets, and will be helping me add lights in my garage when I start that project. He's awesome!

I called Rylan for an estimate for installing a bath exhaust fan. After asking me several questions about my older (1964) home, he said he'd like to stop by to take a look at everything, so he didn't give me an incorrect quote. He stopped by the next day and my husband showed him the bathroom and our attic. He quoted $375, which sounded steep, but he explained the reason for the charge and said it would take three to four hours. I asked if he could schedule the work for Oct. 8, two weeks later, since I was off work that day. He agreed. Rylan showed up on time on Oct. 8, and completed the job as promised and for the amount quoted. He used a huge drop-cloth for my bathroom, since he had to cut a hole in the ceiling and the falling insulation would have made a mess. He was friendly and we chatted as he worked. Rylan is professional and I would not hesitate to hire him again!

This was a tough job by anyone’s standard. ElectricMan was very responsive to my call and sent David out to the house to do the work the day after I called. They let me know when he was coming via texts and he was on time, practiced social distancing and after assessing the fan installation as well as the new switch, was able to complete the installation. The fan installation went as planned and required a larger hole for the fan unit. He cut the hole so it would be easy for the drywall to be replaced. As the old exhaust fan (circa 1989) only used four wires, he had to fish two new wires from the new fan unit to the switch so it could operate the additional controls, which was difficult to say the least, but he got it done. The new exhaust fan is operating per manufacturers spec’s and he left the house clean and in good order. What could be better. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with David and ElectricMan. I had used another big-name company for some past electrical work, but no more. I am planning on a couple of other projects for ElectricMan to do the work on and highly recommend them to anyone.

I selected Tremmel Electric based on the excellent reviews of other Angie’s List members. Pete is very professional and courteous and did a great job of installing the heater bath fan. I had originally emailed him about which heat lamp would be best and where to purchase it. He emailed me one at Amazon.com and how much it cost for installation. Knowing that Pete is a master electrician also gives me a lot of confidence that the job was done right.
