Provider did not do the back yard on first visit because dogs were out. I called to discuss rescheduling to have the back yard done, the service was delayed because the company was having equipment issues. But the real issue was that it took two more phone calls to get the service rescheduled. Then for the next visit, I asked them specifically to make sure I received an advance phone call so I would know they were coming and could keep the dogs in; they sent an email but did not call. I will say that when I finally met one of the technicians, I found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous -- I just hope they can work out the bugs in the front office.
