Our AC stopped functioning after a really bad thunderstorm damaged our air system so we contacted Margarito with Tejas Air that morning. Margarito answered our call quickly and scheduled us right away to his closest open appointment. I huge plus for us was that Margarito is fluent in both english and spanish because he was able to effectively communicate with my elderly spanish speaking parents. Our AC was fixed the same day and we were able to go back and enjoy being indoors again. We definitely recommend Tejas Air for all speedy AC repairs especially with these super hot Texas summers!

Excellent. Todd and his crew replaced one HVAC and repaired the other all in one day (and on a Saturday). I felt it was a good price and his guys Jett and ElJones were great, good attitude and pleasant to work with. Very pleased, highly recommended.

1st point.....I HAVE NEVER FELT STRONGLY ENOUGH ABOUT A CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE TO TAKE THE TIME TO WRITE A REVIEW. I’M NOT AN EASY TO PLEASE CUSTOMER.... I purchased an entire retrofit unit 5 ton heat pump in 2018 from Reliant AC. My sales rep Chrissie was amazing from day 1. She has been referred by me to friends and family members since my purchase. Recently I’ve had issues that were not due to installation or Reliant on any level. Two men named Kris and Matt restored my faith in “customer service” in 2021. They spent their day troubleshooting an issue that, at times, seemed like chasing a ghost. Their attitudes, knowledge and demeanor will make my future referrals and HVAC work a “no brainer”. Reliant AC is a company of integrity and ethics. These character traits can’t be faked and are hard to find in our current business environment.

Contacted Justin from Ridgid to discuss HVAC issues in one of my rental properties. Being out of town, I needed someone to look at the issue quickly and get it resolved for the tenants. Justin and his team were very responsive and were able to quickly get the issue fixed and kept both myself and the Tennant in the loop of what's was going on. Great work, will definitely use them again

This was one of the best experience in any repair so far. Please read along... A brief background of my house. I have two story house and we most of the time live in 1st floor and hardly utilize the top floor. Our top story HVAC broke down 2 years back and we wanted to get it fixed. I called 3 (so called great) HVAC companies in town and every time they come to see my HVAC they just diagnose that it is 18 year old HVAC system and just needs to be replaced as it cannot be repaired and give me from $6000 to $8000 quote to get it replaced. Yes I understand that is old unit and I will need to replace it at some point in time however I was not in position to replace it. Recently I thought of getting it replaced and called this company and asked them if they can fix it it will be great and if they cannot can they replace my unit and give me a quote to replace. The technician William Hulme came to my home and he did some diagnostics and said this system has still 2-3 years left and fixed the system in just 45 mins. I was so relieved that I don't have to replace the unit right away. I am thankful for the company and the technician to do the right thing . All other company came and charged me around $100 just for service call and didn't fix the problem. Keep up the good work guys. Definitely will be customer for life.

Repaired exterior electric wiring that had been chewed through by our dogs, Sunday morning, short notice. Came back to replace capacitor on separate trip, along with seasonal maintenance. On time both trips, very satisfied with costs and service.

I called on a Monday morning at 9am to have my AC repaired per our inspector report as we are selling our house. She had me send over the inspector report and said she would call back as soon as it was reviewed to schedule an appointment. I sent over the inspector report immediately. 12pm rolled around and I still hadn't heard anything so I called back and asked if they received it and she said she had but was waiting for it to be reviewed still and would call me back as soon as possible. Now it's Thursday and I still never received a call back. Obviously we went with another company and you should too. Terrible customer service.

Always excellent - A L W A Y S !!!! This team, starting with the office staff, is the best out there. I am far too old now to get pom poms and be a cheerleader, but inside my heart I am doing exactly that!! I don't write reviews very often but I have been using this team for a little over a year now and they are superb. You will not be disappointed.
