Crippen Electric did okay, as far as I recall. The experience was fine. I don't recall any problems with it, so I'd have to say it was okay. I do not believe I had a bad experience with them. I don't remember anything that stands out, that was a problem for me. I wouldn't use them again because I have a contract with another company that gives me discount prices, so I usually call them first and I get preferential treatment because of the warranty. I usually just go with them, but it's not a reflection on Crippen Electric. Crippen is not loated close to me, so I don't know that they'd be real high on doing just a small electrical rewiring or a switch plate or something like that and to make that kind of a drive wouldn't make sense. Whereas, the electrician I use now is just around the corner from me. If push came to shove, Crippen would at least be someone I was familiar with, to use again.
